We stayed for 4 nights . We never got clean sheets or our bed made during our stay. When I got sick on Thursday night, our first night there I cleaned the bedding up as best I could but I knew they would be in Friday morning to make our bed and give us clean towels. When we came back later that evening our bed still was not made trash still there no clean towels. My husband when to the front desk to alert them e needed housekeeping and they brought us new bedding which we put on ourselves. We put the old bedding in the corner of the room where it sat until we checked out on Monday morning. We were not the only ones who were asking for clean towels we paid for two rooms, 415 and 417 and neither room was cleaned or fresh towels from Thursday to Monday. But on Monday morning at 10:15 we finally had a knock on the door from housekeeping asking us to check out. I did inform the front desk as we were leaving if it was their policy to not clean rooms for folks that stay longer and she said that it is not their policy. Hope this helps the next weary travelers.

I would have given 5 stars, but I will comment on the breakfast. We were told it ended at 10 am on Sunday, and we went downstairs, and there was hardly anything to eat. No bread and the juice was frozen. I had seen others comment the same in other reviews so I am guessing this is the norm for this hotel.

Our room was a wheelchair accessible room. It sleeps 6, 2 queen beds one pullout sofa. The air conditioning unit is on one end of the room and unevenly distributes cold air. Basically the person sleeping closest to the AC unit will practically freeze to death by the time the entire room cools. Continental breakfast was extremely limited. Bathroom setup was very weird, at times inconvenient. For the price I paid, I would not stay again.

The only reason why I didn’t give a 5 star is because my room had a smell and I couldn’t figure out what it was. After being in the room for a minute you don’t notice it but when you left and came back you did. Other than that everything was actually perfect water pressure clean and upgraded

Our experience with the shuttle service was not the best. After we called for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport it took about an hour for them to show up. When I called a Second time they lied and said the shuttle had already done two rides to the airport and they were full. We would have seen them. The airport is not that big. So after the second call they finally came to pick us up. The hotel is about 3 miles away. Other than that the rest of our stay was pleasant. The hotel and staff were courteous. The room was clean but the shower door let the water leak out. The outer door to the shower room would not close as well.
