Arranged for my mother's Cymande concert to take place on February 14 at the Ardmore Music Hall. in addition to attending that morning's Eagles parade. Simple check-in, attractive room. It was inexpensive, but it was where we had to go to get our day done. We had a two-day stay planned. Wing Stop was the dinner and rodents ate both ends of the container during our stay. As I was leaving to grab my mother some sweets because her blood sugar had fallen, I joked that I needed glue traps and requested for a new room. When I arrived back, the worker gave me glue traps and claimed he couldn't remember which room we were in. I asked for the supervisor He said a supervisor will be there at 8:30 the next day. I informed him that we was leaving today. No refund It seemed like he didn't even care. I told him I'm going to leave a review and I had photos and videos. So here we are.
Front desk check in was nice and smooth and it “smelled” clean. The free parking was a plus. Now the room: upon arrival to our room the door was a jar. My husband and I went in and checked and it was clear. We were simply there to sleep and leave and in that respect the room was what we needed.
Would we stay here again though NO.
I saw hair (not ours) in the bathroom corners, the shower curtain literally had 3 rings to hold it up and was literally water stained along the bottom, the other guests were crazy loud, the walls were thin so we heard a lot of those around us, the tv had a pop up we could not get off the screen, and overall it had an unclean feel.
Again there to sleep and leave and finding another option was out of the question as it was Valentine’s Day and the Eagles parade day so we hunkered down and left first thing in the am.
It was quiet and everything was in good shape. The back porch common area is probably beautiful in warmer weather.
Per the room: The comforters were old, but I don't use them anyway. Owner should consider using whatever air freshener chain hotels use; room smelled strongly of cleaning supplies at first. Room was fine, but a good smell would make it more inviting.
Good value for the money. We got the king room with sofabed. The room had a microwave, fridge, and a wet-bar. The bed was comfortable and it was perfect for a 3-person, overnight stay in the area. This was a decent hotel and for the price, it was perfect.

Disliked: Cleanliness
the room was very dirty in the corners, the towels and comforter had stains on them, the shower and sink area also had grime and didn’t look like it was cleaned recently. the deadbolt on the door was broken.
It has been months and the luggage cart is still broken. That means multiple trips up and down. My wife and I are both senior citizens. They should buy 2 new ones.

Basic room. Clean but could use a good deep clean. Convenient.
