Property is dated and in need of renovation. While our room was “ready” we only had 1/2 roll of tp which we ran out completely along with Kleenex at check out and a dirty sock and wrappers were left from previous guests. Not pleasant to see. Bathroom also in desperate need of a redo. Breakfast was horrible for $19pp. Worse than a free one at other hotels. Best part about hotel was the staff. Everyone was very nice and friendly.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean. At night, there was little to no noise. I did not have to use my ear plugs to sleep. The property was centrally located to the sites we wanted to see. We could walk to most of them. The only issue we had was food. The restaurant in the hotel had a breakfast buffet like all the other hotels. It wasn't good, but it wasn't bad either. The dinner menu was better. Most of the restaurants we ate at had ok food, but many had menus that we did not care for.

Our room did not have bath towels. The front desk made us walk down to the lobby to get towels while dripping wet, and acted like they had done us a favor. They were extremely rude. Our shower was also totally clogged and had barely drained by morning.

We were put on the 7th floor with our 3 year old. Immediately we were bombarded with the overwhelming scent of cigarettes. We just chaulked it up to the hotel being a smoking hotel recently and maybe switching over to a non-smoking We got in our room It was musty. About an hour or two later The cigarette smell was seeping into our room and we were starting to smell it through the door. I called the front desk to confirm this was a smoke-free hotel and they said yes and then I said well our entire floor and room smells like cigarettesthe front desk person switched the story and said oh well we have a long-term client that's allowed to smoke in their room. HOW DARE YOU PEOPLE. How dare you subject my family and especially my child to second hand smoke while advertising a smoke free hotel. Not only does this have to be illegal it's immortal. When we called to the front desk they did switch floors for us and as soon as we got to the 8th floor the air was clean and fresh and we felt like we could finally breathe. I do not usually complain when I'm at a hotel even if it's dirty or many things have gone wrong in my hotel rooms but advertising as a non-smoking and having somebody currently smoking on my floor is unacceptable. I'm not sure how much farther we're going to pursue this but on principal we will probably take this further to protect other patrons, I think it minimum we deserve a refund. We did not have a problem parking at this hotel, the price was fine and it was clean.
