Front desk staff are really wonderful / prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and funny. Restaurant food and service was great. Lobby very nice. But our room was old and worn - rugs and curtains old and dusty, furniture stained, and bathroom totally old and outdated. The rollaway had springs sticking out if it and included a gross blanket that had to be used by the founding fathers - it was so old and worn.

The stay at the Wyndham Philadelphia Historic District was wonderful. The room was unbelievable! The representatives at the desk were professional and answered all concerns. The lone drawbacks were the doors in the room were a little tough to close and the breakfast that had to paid for was unfortunately colder than expected. Beyond that, the hotel is beautifully located near the heart of Downtown Philly, Broad Street, Market Street, Reading Terminal Market and many more iconic areas in Philadelphia. I would recommend Wyndham to anybody.

Parking was $40 and it was limited space, the entire 2nd 3rd floor closed off due to construction. The building is outdated, the bathroom sink only had cold water, the tub water pressure was terrible water was coming out the shower head and tube head at the same time, so water was around around your feet gross. . Front desk staff was great check in was quick. . We were unable to use the hotel restroom bc staff stated they didn’t open until 5pm I was confused we drove a long way to stay there just wanted to use the restroom while we were checking in.

Room was great. Staff is amazing. My only complaint is about how LOUD it was. I was on the fifth floor, and you can hear a mouse fart below on the street. Every car that went by, every person walking by and talking on their phone woke me up. I was like I was sleeping right on the street.
