We stayed at this property with a large group, and overall it worked well for our needs. There were plenty of beds, which made it comfortable and convenient for everyone. The beds were comfortable and had great sheets, which we really appreciated. The cleaning staff had the house acceptably cleaned upon arrival, and we especially enjoyed the shuffleboard.That said, the property could use some updates and maintenance. Many of the pool chairs were torn or broken, which made the pool area less enjoyable than it could have been. The kitchen had limited, well-used cookware, so preparing meals for a larger group was a bit challenging. The house and pool area would benefit from a fresh coat of paint, and we noticed rusty light fixtures and shelving in the bathrooms that likely need to be replaced. Where things had been painted it was poorly done. There were also several maintenance issues: one bathroom door would hardly close, the rubber seal under the front door was halfway gone and you could see daylight through it, and a ceiling vent was falling out. The toilet paper provided was very low quality, and some bathrooms were missing toilet paper holders. With some repairs, replacements, and updates, this property could be a great spot for group stays.
