It is also less than a mile away from Scottsdale's new Senior center and three miles away from the new Gateway Trail center allowing access to numerous trails in the 27000 acre McDowell Mountain Preserve. The new spring training ball park for the D Backs and Colorado Rockies as well as unlimited shopping, restaurants and entertainment are just minutes away. This unit is located just off of Via Linda and Shea and is an upstairs unit that is fully furnished including wireless internet.

We enjoyed our stay at Ken’s condo. Check in was easy; when we had a question, Ken was quick to respond. Condo was clean. Neighbors were friendly. We have stayed in the area before and really like the proximity to stores, restaurants and the highway.

Lovely green area

Village One has much greenery: trees and grass and flower beds. A choice of heated. outdoor pools and hot tubs, BBQs for your use. Ken's unit is large for a one bedroom, tiled floors throughout, comfy bed. A balcony off the kitchen, patio doors off the living room and bedroom balcony. Thermostat easy to use. One TV in living room. (A bit small). Clean, convenient to hiking paths, the Scottsdale car show, to Sedona, Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon South Rim (3 hrs). Thankyou Ken, for our month's stay. Great stay!

We were so comfortable in this condo. Everything we needed was there and more. I loved being able to sit on the private balcony. My husband was so happy to have all his favorite sports channels on the tv. The bed was fine for the two of us, the closet and drawer space was more than we needed, and the two-sink bath area was nice. The condo was more spacious than it looked in the photos. Since we stayed a month, it was great to have cleaning supplies available. The owner was responsive, though we really didn’t need to contact him for anything. We would stay again.

Easy peasy!

Ken is a great host! His communications were great throughout! I work from home, so this was an office for me; it was a quiet and comfortable place to work. The location is great! There is a beautiful walking path (Indian Bend Wash?) very close by that we very much enjoyed - it is one of the most beautiful places in Scottsdale! It is very convenient to walk to the grocery store, Hallmark, and Sweet Republic Ice Cream (highly recommend!). It is also nice that there is a recycling collection point just across the street from the area. Ken's place gets extra stars for being super clean! While the decor is outdated, at least it's not dusty/dirty. The bathroom has clearly been updated and was extremely clean and comfortable. We also loved the nice deck on the few days it was warm enough to be out there. Ken said it was recently updated as well. Thank you, Ken!

This was a very nice, quiet place to stay. It was very clean and setup very well. I loved the balcony in the back, it would be a really nice place to relax in the warmer months. The place is well located with quick access to the freeways and shopping.
