This is a very budget VRBO with an iffy A/C. If you go into it with that mindset and knowledge, your stay will be decent.Positives:- Nice pressure in shower heads and good hot water- Private outdoor space to sip morning coffee- Two pools to choose from (but bring your own pool seating- only 2 chairs at the pool we visited)- Washing machine/dryer combo unit in condo, though we did not use so I can't speak to how well it works- Toiletries stocked and provided (except no coffee as listed)- Unit was clean despite being in need of a paint jobNeeds Improvement:- The A/C stopped working completely. Danielle had someone out within hours to fix. While it started running again and seemed to be working during the afternoon, every night we woke up sweating even with the temperature set to 70 deg.- Ceiling fan in master bedroom wouldn't stay on medium or high; it would run at that speed for a little bit, but then slow down on it's own to low and then I couldn't change the speed back for awhile.- Mattresses and pillows could definitely use replacements/updates. - Batteries in TV remote didn't work and no replacements available; to be fair, I did not contact the host about this.We did not cook so I can't speak to use of any of the cooking appliances or accessories. With a guarantee of the A/C and fan working as they should, along with updates on the mattresses and pillows, this would be a good budget pick.

Had hard time finding place at night. Not very well labeled. Had issues with shower, toilet and tv. Pretty frustrating. Dont want to have to wait around for fix it man and wait to hear back from owner. Wont be back.

Decent location. Unfortunately the unit was not very clean. Tile floor was sticky and dirty enough to turn my husband’s socks black. Master closet shelves were dirty. No hangers so we bought some and left a few. Only soap was in guest bathroom so we bought more and left it. Shower curtains in both bathrooms smelled like mold. Master bed seemed very old. Guest bed frame was broken. Screw was sitting on the floor next to it. Only one night stand in each room which is how I discovered the guest bed was broken, I borrowed the nightstand from that room and saw it when I moved it. Couches were uncomfortable. This unit appears to be a bit run down with a few upgrades and poor cleaners. Would not go back or recommend.
