The location of the condo was great. Nice pool, fitness room & hot tub. Parking was good as well as keyless entry into the unit. The condo itself left much to be desired and was not nearly as nice as pictured. Furniture and rugs were worn and dirty. Sofa had tears in it. We were in a first floor condo and there was a lot of noise from the condo above due to poor insulation. There was a closet in the second bedroom that had a punch lock on it so no guests were able to access it to hang clothes up.There were a lot of items in master bedroom closet which left limited room to hang and store our belongings for a 3 week stay. Would not rent this unit again.
Nice spot in a quiet part of the condo complex. Behind the condo is undeveloped land belonging to the Yavapai Nation so there is a serene view of the desert.
The livingroom area was really comfy with nice couches and was a great chill out spot. Kitchen was well equipped, but there was not enough bathroom tissue or any kleenex so we had to buy some. The pool area was quiet and enjoyable with nice desert views. There were lots of friendly people there so it was a fun spot to be. The BBQ is in the pool area and was in active use for those with condos closer than for us which was not a big issue. There are good restaurants nearby. A good local hang out spot is the Saddle Bronc a very short distance away and was always a fun time with attentive, friendly servce. Next to that is a family run mexican restaurant called El Encanto de La Fuente which I recommend. For hiking, there is the Sunrise Trail about a 5-7 minute drive up to Scottsdale. The desert flowers were amazing. The famous Fountain is a few minutes down the road. There are beautiful walking paths with sculptures and birds. Fountain Hills is a nice place to be in the area.
