This property was very close to the airport. Check-in was very speedy. It seemed like a very quiet, safe and clean hotel. We enjoyed the pool area too!

Hotel needs renovation

The hotel badly needs renovation. Couch in my room was such that I didn't want to sit into it (dirty, stained). Tables in the restaurant were so dirty that my glass would stick to the table. At least the bed in my room was clean and so was the rest of the furniture (just couch looked awful).

Stuck in Phoenix for the night due to flight cancellation. This place is close to the airport. They have been a free shuttle to and from airport. Hotel rooms were fine. Good place to crash for the night if stuck overnight in Phoenix and have an early morning flight next day.

It was so clean and it was evident they took security very seriously with the room key needed to be used to get on the elevator! Staff was super friendly as well.

We did a late check in. The late night reservationist was not pleasant. We were three guests and there were towels for one. Late night for those things are irritating. But it was clean and comfortable.

The staff didn't welcome us and the man that received us didn't speak clearly. He just sat back and mumbled a bunch of stuff when there was a lot of background noise. We found the room had a cleanliness issue (booger on the backboard). Not a bad place, but a bit rough on the edges for the price.
