The property nice; house, bedrooms, kitchen were as described.The problem was with the heated pool. And it was a very significant problem.We paid for the pool to be heated the entire stay. It was not. 24 hours before check-in we were received via email that the pool was not heated. WHAT?? Only the spa was. The property manager claimed this was disclosed in the listing.Went back and checked invoice re: the daily heat pool fee. The invoice stated "pool heated." I donât know how they could send send me that invoice and I not think the pool was paid to be heated.Approximately several weeks (months?) before check-in. Late say of check in notified that actually pool WAS heated as was spa. Mgr claimed guest heated pool on so we were good & heated us heated poll on ready for use and our arrival.Arrived 4 PM check-in time; pool was not heated or warm. They provided us instructions on how to allegedly get pool to heat. NEVER WORKED. NEVER!Four dudes flew in from all over the country to hang out and watch NFL football. Collectively the four of us had four college degree, one graduate engineering degree, one graduate computer science degree, and one law degree. The property manager sent us instructions trying to make it work. NEVER did. Gave up after 1 hour. Pool was NEVER heated. :( Will never use this mgt company again. Suggest all owners consider if this best option to represent your VRCO customer rental experience. Sorry, but it is what it is...
