The main areas of improvement are when someone books a two queen room at one price they should not be switched to a king room and then told they have to pay more for the room they originally booked. Also, they housekeeping should me every 3 days like most hotels. You should not have to pay for access to WiFi for multiple devices and the front desk people should be there at the front desk more often.

Nice property. My complaint was at check in he did not tell me there are no ice machines. You have to turn on the ice maker in room frig which after 2 hours still had produced no ice. It would have been nice to know… warm cocktails suck.
