I was not please. This was a “VIP” property. One the art work is a bit offensive in some spaces. They put me on the bottom floor which is literally open to the public from the outside to walk in and up to your door. And the king room had an adjoining door… it had NO LOCK! no deadbolt! Someone could use a card to get into the room. I immediately asked for a higher floor with no adjoining room, and was told that was an upgrade. I ended up paying $60 more a night for a suite one the top floor which was nice but the Wi-Fi didn’t work up there so I couldn’t conduct my morning meetings and had to leave the property for service. Just lame,

The ambience and staff were fantastic — the whole environment felt warm and welcoming. I loved my stay here! It’s perfect for anyone looking for an easygoing yet lively atmosphere. Great for all ages, and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone. Same goes for the restaurant!!

They over sold on the room on a king bed I had booked. So, they gave up my room and gave me a twin bedroom. The hotel doesn't have it's own parking lot. You have to pay for either valet or the public parking which is $32 a night. A very inconvenient stay to say the least.
