The propertyâs location was its biggest highlightâclose to everything we did, with a very quiet neighborhood at night. The AC and heat worked well, and the bathroom was stocked with four bath towels (though no face or body towels, so bringing your own is highly recommended everywhere you go).
However, there were several issues. Check-in was frustrating, as I didnât receive instructions by 4 PM and had to call the host, who initially couldnât find my reservation. Multiple wall outlets in the right-side bedroom and kitchen didnât work, despite being told they were fixed prior to booking.
Privacy was a concern in the right bedroom, as the sheer curtain faces a shared courtyard, making it easy to see inside. The bathroom was small, with a peeling tub and poor drainageâwater filled the tub during showers and took 30â40 minutes to drain between uses.
Kitchen supplies were worn and inadequate, including dull knives and a used, unsanitary dish scrubber. Lighting throughout the unit was dim and yellow, making it difficult to see clearly at night or apply makeup.
The shared courtyard was pleasant but lacked usable amenitiesâbean bags were available, but no cornhole setup or organized games.
Overall, Iâd rate the stay 3/5. The price did not match the quality, and it should be reduced until these issues are addressed.
