Quiet neighborhood. We had fun seeing the neighborhood cow, goats and chickens as we went walking for coffee each day.
The house: walk in to a nice bar area with pool table. There was a comfy kitchen / family room area. Bed was comfy and down the hall was a huge washer and dryer. There should have been a dresser in each room though. All appliances worked.
We stayed a month and there weren’t enough supplies for our stay. There is a big difference when staying a month vs a week. Not enough clothes hangers, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, 1 clothes washer tab, thankfully I brought my own, no garbage bags, only had 1 dish towel, etc. There were no big bowls for making a salad, no mixing bowls or 9x13 dish. Pans were in bad shape ( not safe to cook with nonstick scraped up pans, 1 pan was ok ). Ice maker was very rusted out- I cleaned it as best I could.
There was a coffee maker and a crockpot.
We felt that there should have been rugs in the bedrooms( I had to go buy one for our room).
The front door had a digital lock which broke 2 x so Chris( nice guy) came and fixed it each time.
Overall, Our stay was adequate. Neighbors were nice etc. Phil was pretty responsive but needs to make sure all supplies are there depending on how long you stay. Big difference between a week and a month. At least include that you are only providing the bare minimum and plan to bring extra supplies. Grocery store was close by so that helped. Oh, backyard was very relaxing.
