Best VRBO experience. Home had an upscale feel but had a lot of home essentials in closets (laundry detergent, kitchen eseentials including spices and professional cookcar, bath salts, and more) that most VRBO's do not include. Highly recommend and plan to return with children on the next trip. Very close to airport, trail heads, and safe neighborhood.

10/10. Home was so cozy with everything you could need. Perfect for families with kiddos. Comfortable beds and pillows. Backyard was incredible, pool floaties, games, fire pit, etc. Great neighborhood - quiet- coffee shop 5 min walk- Safeway 5 min drive. Owers/property management got back to us asap with any questions. Wonderful rental!

Fabulous time!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was large, comfortably furnished and had everything we needed to enjoy time with our friends. We particularly loved the pool and the bocci court. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Perfect Vacation Home

This house was set up perfectly for a family to stay and be able to get to many local attractions or hang out in the oasis of a backyard. The owners were extremely responsive and accommodating. Will definitely be coming back when I'm in Phoenix.

The house was beautiful and well kept. The grounds were awesome and spacious. The manager/ owner were very responsive and available. Just as advertised. We would stay here again!

Perfect family home

My family was traveling to Phoenix to get our son ready for college. The bedrooms , furnishings , pool, and kitchen were all perfect for our family of 4. The house was clean, beautiful, and overall just wonderful. The kitchen was equipt with everything you could possibly need, beds were comfy, bathrooms were spectacular. There was even some aloe in the master bath cabinet for when we got a little too much sun. Communication was fast and helpful. We would definitely consider this the best Vrbo we have used in AZ . We'll be back for sure!

Wonderful

Everything was amazing, great area/neighborhood felt very safe and house was beautiful except 2 things. We requested the pool to be heated upon arrival and it was not.. And it was numbing cold hardly could put our toes in and we were really sad due to we had 3 young preteens with us that was only focused on the pool. The house was beautiful very clean and equipped with everything we needed, very impressed.. Only other issue was that the master bath shower did not drain. Not sure how to confirm the request of the heated pool, this was our biggest complaint.... there needs to be a better system for this. Thank you for a great stay..

Family Time Celebration!

I love this house! This is my third stay here. It has everything you need for preparing meals and entertaining. The location is close to gas, grocery shopping , Target and many other stores. It’s my paradise away from home. It’s better than my home. It’s a vacation home.đŸ’•đŸ„°. Channel 6 from Texarkana, Tx.

Beautiful house with a few management issues

The house was amazing, and all the amenities were great. The place was clean & spacious, the check in process was really easy. The pool layout is great for kids. Issues - Prior to the trip i asked about a pack n play, which they said they didn’t have, so we traveled with ours and still found one when we arrived. Minor inconvenience but annoying to have extra luggage traveling with kids. We also requested the pool to be heated for 4 days, but it was only turned on for possibly 1 day even after I texted a couple times. They refunded the daily fee for 3 days but still included set up, taxes, and other fees for a full 4 days. The outdoor tv didn’t work, and other features were not available to guests - fire features around the pool, patio

Great find in Phoenix

This beautiful, clean and spacious home was perfect for our spring break getaway! The kitchen was stocked with great kitchen ware: pots and pans, sharp knives, plenty of cutlery & glassware. The pool was delightful (a little cold for us Coloradoans but the kids didn't mind). Communication and instructions were clear and concise, very impressed with response time on last minute change to our stay. If we find ourselves back in the Phoenix area for vacation, we will definitely stay again -- thanks for a memorable vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The house is well kept and has everything you need. It is also very close to everything around Phoenix. Make sure if you want the pool heated that you request in advance because they were not able to accommodate us but we still had a very nice time.

Amazing!

This was hands down the most incredible VRBO we have ever stayed at! So clean, very organized, and beautifully updated. Had everything we needed for cooking, plenty of fresh towels, and wonderful room layout. The backyard had the best pool, along with pool towels and beach toys. Our kids loved the outdoor shower and drinking fountain too! Would highly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second stay at Desert Retreat it is a fabulous home. It was ideal for our family gathering. I planned and cooked breakfast and dinner for the family in the fabulous kitchen. It has all the cookware and dinner wear you need. The location is perfect. Grocery shopping right down the street. Target around the corner. What more could you ask for. The beds are very comfortable. We had plenty of towels. The outdoor area was magnificent. I love the misters. During our stay we visited Tempe Lake for water sports. I learned to work the TV this time, it was nice to watch the Phoenix Suns in the NBA Play Off games. I would nice to have cleaning supplies available. I like to clean the kitchen floors after cooking. The floor sweeper was dirty with dog hair from the previous cleaning. Overall I would definitely recommend this property to my friends. My son loved it so much he wanted to buy the home! My family will be returning!

Let’s start with the Pros: ‱Location was easy to find ‱The check-in process was made simple ‱Was able to accommodate for the provided family members Unfortunately with this experience, the cons will out weigh the pros. ‱TurnKey needs to start evaluating their third-party cleaners. ‱Was blamed for items, such as, overflowing of trash that was done by the previous renters. ‱When discussing this issue with TurnKey, they did NOT listen to my problem. Over all, the house and accommodations where perfect for the stay but unfortunately, TurnKey was a horrible experience to deal with.

Exceptional Modern Home

The home was everything advertised online. We spent a month in this home and had a great time. The pool was warm and inviting. We swam nearly everyday. Preparing food in the chefs kitchen was wonderful. If you want to live in luxury, stay here!

Socially distanced trip

Loved the house. Weather was perfect - we spent our time split between indoors and out. Used all the appliances - everything worked great. It was comfortable, clean and quiet - a great getaway.
