We had a good stay overall, but the property is a bit of a mixed bag.Outdoor (8/10):The outdoor space is the highlight. The pool, hot tub, ping pong table, outdoor dining table, and outdoor TV were all excellent (10/10). However, some maintenance is needed—two dining chairs have dangerously loose legs, most cushions are worn and should be replaced, and the chaise lounges have no cushions, making them unusable. The outdoor TV seating area also needs new cushions, and one chair should be replaced.Interior (6/10):The bigger issue isn’t just that the home needs updating—it’s that several things don’t function properly. The master bath lights are pulling out of the wall, the master sliding door doesn’t work (and the blinds don’t open), and the kitchen faucet is loose. The third shower is hidden behind doors in the laundry room and very hard to find. Kitchen supplies are limited to about eight place settings, with few serving utensils.Beds:Most beds were comfortable, but the bed near the front door sinks in the middle and needs replacing.Overall:We’d rate the home a 6/10, and the overall stay a 7/10 thanks to the great outdoor space. With some basic repairs and upkeep, this could be a much better rental. The house location is perfect, stores, restaurants and quick access to a lot of things in the Valley of Sun.

The property was fantastic! We had two families of 4, so 8 total people, and it worked out great. The pool, hot tub and ping pong table were highlights amongst the husbands and teen kids. The nice outdoor eating table was a great perk for the moms. Would recommend to anyone!!

We stayed here three nights and had a wonderful time. The house was well equipped for everything you can expect in a house of this size. Upon arrival, we noticed that the house was extremely clean, spacious as per the pictures and everything that we had expected. Incidentally, the house is in a very upscale neighborhood in Scottsdale with plenty of room for privacy. I was especially impressed with the spaciousness of the backyard with the pool and various areas to sit and enjoy Arizona’s favorite sun! You are also close to some very nice upscale restaurants and food stores. Highly recommended by us.

Clean and spacious rental. No frills, no drama. Lots of space to just hang out when it rains three days in a row in Scottsdale. Showing some signs of wear and tear that could be easily addressed and resolved, but nothing that concerned the safety or comfort of the venue so we didn't reach out. Would stay again if in the area.

We were a group of 7 woman from all over the US. The house was the perfect set up for us. It is in a safe upscale neighborhood. The outdoor space was perfect for our stay. We had a yoga and sound bath instructor come one day, 2 massage therapist, and a palm reader. We only ate out twice during our stay and cooked the rest of our meals in the kitchen. The only issues we had was the BBQ put wasn’t working and we couldn’t figure out how to turn up the heat in the hot tub although it was hot enough to still enjoy. We would recommend.

We really enjoyed our time at this home in Scottsdale. The location is excellent — close to everything yet tucked in a nice, safe neighbourhood. The outdoor space was a real highlight, with a great patio setup, comfortable seating, and a TV for relaxing outside. The pool was refreshing, though the liner is torn in places and could use some attention.One of our favourite parts was the yard itself. There are so many birds around, including four peach‑faced lovebirds that have made a home in the cactus. They are colourful, lively, and a little loud — such a fun touch of local character.The house offered plenty of room for our group at a very reasonable price. It was relatively clean, though a few areas could have been tidier. You can tell the host puts effort into keeping things in order, but the property is showing some wear and could use a little upkeep.Overall, it was a safe, comfortable, and memorable stay — made even better by the wildlife right in the backyard.

This property is a gem:*House was CLEAN and well stocked: -We cooked most meals at the property and had plenty of pans/dishes/utensils. -First time we stayed at a place that had recycling bins, which our family appreciates. -Bedrooms were very functional and comfortably furnished-plenty of pillows!*Backyard living area was AMAZING: -We spent most of our time outside due to plenty of outdoor seating, outdoor TV, table tennis, and festive lighting in addition to hot tub and pool. -Backyard faces east and is more protected from the afternoon sun making it useable all day long. Plenty of both sun and shade options. -We stayed in March and enjoyed watching a wide variety of birds and tasting the lemons and oranges from the trees in the yard. -Our dog (a lab) could roam free in the fully enclosed backyard. Backyard was also clean and not full of dog poop from previous guests. Garbage bin was right in the yard making it easy for us to clean up after our dog. Note smaller dogs might be able to squeeze through the gates to the yard. -Note pool is in center of backyard and not separately fenced; not an issue for our family with older kids, but may be a consideration for guests with younger kids.*Safe neighborhood. We walked miles in the neighborhood every morning and saw many others doing the same. *Host was extremely responsive. We had one issue with the heating for the pool when we first arrived and the host responded and rectified immediately.

Fantastic house with good location

A group of nine of us stayed here and I was very impressed! The house was beautiful, clean, and accommodating. We didn't feel on top of each other and the pool and hot tub worked great! Would go back. I would recommend this to any group that is looking to visit the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.
