I liked everything about the place. It was perfect. Not having an elevator was a bit inconvenient, but got past that quickly.

Room was OK but it needs new carpet. Kitchen was missing several items. There were no pots or pans, no bigger knives. Cutlery seems to have come from different dollar store purchases. No do not disturb sign available. We asked for housekeeping on a certain day, and confirmed with front offive that morning, only to find out in the evening that they did not come. When they came next morning they were only going to bring fresh towels. Had to ask the lady to change linen sheets in beds. Breakfast was a different story. We had the same menu, scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes (actually cubed fried potatoes) hard boiled eggs and pork breakfast links for seven days in a row. Yogurt (vanilla only) was served in bulk, and you had to add berry compote to it yourself. Milk was also in bulk. Crowded breakfast area. At times people had to eat standing up. Bar was closed starting Christmas Eve until dec 31st or so.

Nice room, friendly staff, breakfast was good. I would have liked chicken or turkey sausage options over pork at the breakfast buffet. Coffee in the room was terrible but decent at the buffet. Lots of pedestrian noise throughout the night making it hard to sleep on a Friday night due to inebriated guests. Likely won’t stay here again.

Great place to stay for multiple nights. The room had a kitchen (utensils supplied), spotless bathroom, spacious living room, TVs in living room and bedroom. Walking distance to Scottsdale Ave, where there are many trendy restaurants and shops, and close to Old Town. Breakfast provided.

Great Location A block from all the restaurant and bar on the old Scottsdale. Unfortunately Anthony at the front desk was not super friendly especially . Maybe it was not a good time for him who knows . Staff at the front desk looked really bored Just missing a little cordially manner with just a good morning . Nothing major for others but that matter for me . Room and hotel were clean . Let’ say a 8/10 I would return for the location tho ..

1. The room air conditioning was not working when we moved in and the service staff couldn’t fix it. We had to move to another room. 2. The 2nd day when we got back to room in the afternoon, the room was not cleaned. Called the front desk to clean the room, but still not cleaned after we got back late night. Then on the 3rd day we checked with front desk again and requested to clean the room, still not cleaned after we got back in the afternoon. Had to check with front desk again and finally got cleaned. 3. Breakfast has very few options and often emptied, had to wait.
