Property was great for pets as my daughter brought her corgi-husky mix. He explored
..Very dimly lit with lighting. We went home and grabbed two floor lamps. Never could get the fan/light in the king (garage conversion) room. Tried every switch and no remote, so lived without it. Took a while to get carport lights on. I trippedoutside over those wood borders and scraped up my shin. Dining room switch labeled fireplace? Might help to have a book about what controls what in the house.Overall great though. Nice open concept.Thanks

Memorable Wedding Weekend

Overall, this was a great house for our needs this weekend, as it is close to The Wright House, the venue we had our wedding at. Unfortunately, there were ants all over the kitchen when we first arrived, and that wasn't ideal.

Wonderful!

This property was perfect for our family. The space is large with plenty of room for everyone and very clean. The outside space is perfect for sun or shade. We heated the pool and enjoyed every minute. The kitchen is large and well stocked. We had an issue with the coffee maker and 1 tv. The coffee maker was promptly replaced. Communication with the host was good. We would visit again!

Great home. Great location.

This house fit our family perfectly. The back yard is stocked with activities, and the kitchen is perfectly outfitted for cooking, and we cooked a lot! The laundry is nice and convenient and there are also cleaning supplies so you can deal with little messes. It was a wonderful place for our family to spend Thanksgiving.

Extended stay

We stayed at the property for around two months to take care of a medical issue. The home was wonderful. Furnished comfortably and many amenities that we appreciated. The location was close to restaurants, shops and within 20 mins of phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe etc. The neighbor is quiet. We lucked out and would recommend definitely.

Girl friends trip

It was a great place, easy to get to from either airport. Lots of places nearby to get groceries. If you don’t want to cook, easy access to fast food or sit down restaurants. Some of the inflatable air mattresses did not hold the sir but we bought a few new ones and left them for the the next people. There was everything you need in the kitchen, the bathrooms were stocked with everything you need also. The master bathroom could use a little better cleaning but was still great to have. Oh, a new can opener in the kitchen would be a really big help!😏 I would defiantly recommend this property to anyone. The pool was like being in a bathtub. Sooo great! It defiantly made you feel like you were home! And a very quiet neighborhood!

Amazing Property in Underrated Location

The property was amazing and had plenty of room for more than the six of us. We were pleasantly surprised with the Mesa area, specifically the neighborhood; it was quaint, quiet, and beautiful.

Don’t stay at this house

We checked in and the house was 85 degrees on a Saturday night. We immediately notified the company and they said it’s going to be tough to get any help until Monday. We told them that’s not good enough and would not agree to stay. The house cooled in parts but the part that is the “master suite” a poorly converted former garage, does not have air handlers or supply for what is mechanically necessary for the house. I have family in the hvac business who were along for the trip who diagnosed the obvious flaw and certainly false advertising of this house being a 4 bedroom. Two bedrooms were over 90 degrees the whole time we were there (we stayed the one night). The rental company maintenance team was suspiciously quick to offer portable units. certainly they rent properties like this knowing to expect this phone call, as the house has no ac in half the rooms in July in AZ, we refused the temporary solution. We don’t want bedbugs or worse with their traveling patch kit for false advertising. The next morning we had a female representative from the rental company call, I explained the physical defects to the property, and explained a checkup of the ac was not necessary. That unless they install a mini-split system their defects will go unfixed no matter what they do. She insisted on sending the tech anyway. She eventually hung up on me and quit answering my calls. The tech arrived from monster air, verified what I told her exactly. This house and agency are 100% flawed.

Mesa Gem

We stayed here in late May as to watch our son play in the 2023 NCAA WAC baseball tournament. The home is five minutes from Hohokam Stadium so super convenient. We’ve stayed at many VRBOs over the years and can say with confidence that this was one of the best. Great communication, easy check in and out, great location for what we were doing. The house has been updated, is modern, and was spotless. Super well stocked with anything you need to cook or entertain. Pool is area was wonderful - we drank our coffee on the patio each morning and had cocktails on the patio every night. The pool itself was lovely. Everything we hoped for all around. A no brainer five star.

Beautiful Spring Break Location

Great place for our relaxing spring break! Accommodating to our early check in request, the house was very clean and had all the accommodations that we needed! Loved the outdoor space, had plenty of seating for lounging by the pool! Would definitely stay here again!

Easter in Mesa

The house was nice and just as it looks in pictures. Paid $65 a day to heat the pool, set at 87*, it didn’t warm up until last 2 days of a 10 night stay. Landscapers came during our stay which was a little annoying listening to them trim bushes and run the leaf blower when we wanted to use the pool. Pool cleaners came 3 times which was nice because we knew it was being kept clean. Beds were very comfy but sectional not so much. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Great place I would recommend it and stay here again.

This home was perfect for us with extra room (2 adults 3 kids). We could have definitely had more in our group up to 4 more adults and still have plenty of room. Great facility clean and accommodating.
