The response of the front desk staff was very bad.
He seemed very grumpy and was treated sloppy.
I'm a gold member of Hilton, so when I asked for food and beverage credit at check-in, I was told that I couldn't get it.
When I negotiated again the next day, I stayed for 2 nights, but I only got one night's credit.
I was told that the reason was because I checked in in the middle of the night.
Were Asians discriminated against?
I want a refund of part of the accommodation fee.
