It is a nice hotel but be aware you have to pay for valet parking or find a spot on your own which is not easy given the area. No continental breakfast. Hotel staff were nice. Smaller rooms but well kept.

Enjoyed my stay. Property is clean, staff very friendly and helpful, and hotel conveniently located downtown. I easily walked to restaurants and shows even after dark. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is great a short walk to chase field and footprint center along with downtown activities. Went with friends to celebrate new years and was able to walk to room.

A lot of construction that closed many of the sidewalks. Also valet parking was a pain as there was too many car for the two people parking them.
