Price gouging and not queens in rooms

The grounds were amazing. Beautiful hotel. Advertising queens when not queen's in room not cool. We literally went and bought a blowup full bed and it was the same exact size. Dont appreciate that. The two down falls about the property was that the hallway to the room was really warm all of the time and the water in the shower took a (long) while to heat up. The water park and sitting areas were immaculate. Tia restaurant was a great experience and wonderful food.

Wonderful Resort!

Wonderful resort! Very helpful staff, pool area is exceptional. My only suggestion is to have more food options that are family friendly. The high end bars and ethic restaurants don’t work well for families.

This property is beautiful but the service is lacking. The hotel is gorgeous and the rooms are perfect. We had some great service in certain areas but in others like renting a cabana and pending top $$ they were very lacking in responsiveness.
