Excellent home, and location. All amenities you could need for a weeks trip. Clean and comfortable. Spacious design plenty of room for everyone. Host was friendly and easy to communicate with via VRBO. Checking in and out was simple. Games, toys and books provided for children of all ages. We will book this home again on our next trip to this area.

Outdoor Paradise!

This is the 3rd (maybe 4th!) time we've stayed at this property. The fact that we continue to return tells the story. Our group includes grandkids in the 6-13 age range, and they LOVE the pool! We adults can choose to be in the shade or sunshine for our game playing while watching the kids. We ate outside much of the time, and all enjoyed dips in the pool. Beds are comfortable and there is lots of inside space for everyone to spread out. The host was very responsive to questions.

Perfect home for families and great location!

This home and location were absolutely perfect for our family of 5. Our 13 and 15 year old loved the pool and yard games and the house was exactly what we needed for a stress free stay with our 16 month old. Having a house so well stocked with baby items such as the pack and play and high chair was a huge relief (and even toys!). The house is also perfectly baby proofed, including the back door which leads out to the pool area. Having the playground right across the street was also a huge bonus. The street the house is located on is not busy at all, and there was a steady stream of kids and families in the area, which gave us a wonderful sense of peace and safety. If we get an opportunity to visit the area in the future we will definitely be rebooking!!

Lots of room. Sleeps 6 adults and 4 kids comfortably. Pool was heated and great. Very accommodating with check in time. Clean and beds comfortable. Wonderful memories made!

A great property!

Every thing the house was exactly like the photos. The house was clean and clutter free. It was very spacious, and the heated pool was very nice. The bikes and scooters in the garage were a hit with my granddaughter. The neighborhood was nice and the park across the street was great. The location was perfect, close to shopping, stadium and restaurants. I have family in the area; I would definitely stay there again.

What a pool!

Our family comes to the area annually for the OSU hosted baseball tournament in Surprise and we’ve stayed here twice - it’s that good in location and accommodations. Our grandkids (ages 7, 9, 10 & 12) LOVE this pool and the adults love the shade and sun options to watch the kids and play cards. A comfortable house with room to spread out.

Family Trip

We stayed at this property for a family funeral/ celebration of life. It was clean and the pool was great. The kids really enjoyed it. Couple small things possibly to make things easier: liquid soaps for bathrooms, air pump for balls, more pool towels.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Plenty of room for 7adults and 1 infant! We had a blast every day and night using the pool in the nice back yard! With the weather as hot as it was the pool was key for the whole family! We would defiantly stay in this property again when we come back to Phoenix! It was a wonderful time!

Great property, with great backyard

House location was great for going anywhere in the northern phoenix area. Easy travel to Peoria and Glendale shopping/Sporting areas. House was clean and updated. Very nice backyard with heated pool and lots of yard activities. Plenty of places to sleep. Overall great experience and would book again.

The perfect selection for our group!

Our group included kids (ages 7, 9 & 11) and adults aged 64, 63 & 89. The house had something for everyone - we spent lots of time in the backyard where shade and sun is available. And the pool - beautiful and so very clean! All but our 89 year old spent lots of time in the crystal clean water! Lots of space for everyone - the bunk room was fabulous for the kids. There is a lot of room for eating, game play and just chilling. Never used the TV (how great is that?) There is a park right across the street that, unfortunately, was closed. We'd definitely stay here again!

Leaving old man winter behind....

We left cold and snowy North Dakota for a one week stay in Phoenix. I have stayed in numerous Vrbo's across the country and was very pleased with the Glendale home. Exceptionally clean, nicely decorated, fantastic pool, and backyard. We had everything we needed in the kitchen (loved the Nespresso machine!), and big towels for the pool as well as indoor/outdoor games. Josh was responsive to our questions and phone calls. Highly recommend this vacation rental.

Fabulous property!

We had a wonderful time in this house! Our son got married at City Park so the location was perfect for us! Our rehearsal dinner was at Ralph’s on the Park which is only blocks away! The groomsmen came to “our” house before the wedding for photos and for lunch and drinks. Everyone loved the place! It was perfect! We also loved our morning walks in City Park! So gorgeous! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!
