No microwave, no refrigerator. VERY small bathroom, molding near bathroom hanging loose. No plug in sink. The room had an overwhelming smell of a cleaning product. Elevator not working. For a “non smoking” room it did have the smell of cigarettes. I expected more from this hotel. Never again.

TERRIBLE service.

It was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. My plane was delayed by 7 hours and I called Hotels.com to verify that my reservation would be held open for me. The idiot told me that it would be and when I got to the hotel at 3:00 in the morning, they told me that my reservation was canceled, nobody called, and that they gave my room to someone else. After arguing with the front desk staff, they gave me a room. The room was filthy, had not been swept, mopped or vacuumed. It was old and in bad shape. At least there were no bedbugs or cockroaches in the room. In four days staying there, not one time did housekeeping come in to clean or even bring fresh towels. I contacted the management group of the hotel and they said that they would refund some of my money and that Hotels.com was preventing the refund. I promise to never use Hotels.com again.

Dont stay here!

Flight changed called to let them know we would be really late. They said no problem. I was chargrd a no show fee of 149 and they cancelled my reservation! It was 3 am. Thet had to do my reservation again. Took 30 minutes. Gave me upgrade and the room was bad! No fridge.Dirty and gross! Breakfast was awful! This place is old and rundown! Here for a sporting event. Same thing happened to 2 other families. One family had to find another hotel! Do not stay here! Very disappointed!

Hair dryer broken as I dressed for funeral, ran to front desk to ask for replacement and they said they would send one up. I was there for three nights and never had a hair dryer. Breakfast was gone by 8 am the first morning. No one was making plans to refresh it. Cereal available the other two mornings but milk was gone. Guest were searching through cupboards to find coffee cups and other supplies. Worst La Quinta I have ever stayed in.

Check in was terrible. My room wasn't ready until 5:30pm and then the lock was broken, first it needed batteries and then it needed to be repaired. I reserved a king bed but the staff insisted the queen mattress was indeed a king. I had a meeting & then dinner staff had to let me into my room because the lock hadn't been fixed. At 10:30pm i was switched to a toom with a king size bed. Terrible. I feel ripped off.

Nothing wrong with property or staff.... evening staff and manager are great people...third party overbook is reason for overall rating....booked suite for five nights...ended up in regular room for first three nights... cheap tickets...owned by Expedia... overbooked all the suites in the entire area....no choice but stay the regular room.... suite was fantastic once able to stay in... overloaded with the hassle and stress with the overbook... thank cheap tickets (Expedia) for the lousy vacation time

Late night travel very tired. Entered my room at 1:15 AM. Down the stairs and directly across the parking lot two men were working on a car. From 1 AM morning till around 2 AM. They were revving the engine on a car obviously doing engine work. Revving the engine repeatedly.
