The staff was wonderful. The AC in our room was incredibly loud all the time, but we weren’t in our room enough to make a complaint. We did rent a king room and were given two double beds; I’m not sure the reasoning for that.

Everyone all staff- was super nice, room was clean only complaint was that the toilet was very low. Maybe it’s a normal toilet and I’m just use to the comfort size ones.

Hotel is near busy highway so room was noisy. Additionally, when we checked in we were told they would charge an extra 150 dollars upfront that would be refunded when we checked out. We were not made aware of this prior to when we checked in. It has been hours since we checked out and I am not seeing the refund yet. The "free breakfast" is a joke...absolutely horrible.

Phone didn't work, lacked extra roll of TP, had to ask for body lotion, room faced the very noisy freeway, loud children across the hall. Very few hangers in the closet. Only sausage, no bacon for breakfast and orange juice was very acidic.

Front desk was nice and parking lot was large. Bed was comfy and has outlets both sides also has an old school digital clock. Bathroom was not so good. Looked like dried blood spots on the floor. Toilet was okay but bathtub was in poor condition, slippery and faucet dripped. Looked closer at carpet and was not so vacuumed. Wear slippers in your room…

Room was spotless. When we checked in, the lady at the counter was super friendly! Next morning, breakfast was delicious. The very nice lady was keeping the breakfast area super clean! We also had a few questions for the lady working at the front desk in the morning and she also was super friendly!
