Property has potential to be AMAZING, unfortunately it's ran by an unprofessional, unfriendly General Manager by the name of Aaron Sanora. Beware of what you may receive/experience while staying here!!!

Staff is not nice, and after talking with Task Force General Manager Aaron Sanora, I can see why. Walls are super thin, DO NOT bother reaching out to the Front Desk with any complaints, they will do nothing about it. Some days they take cash, some days they don't. No one really knows what they are doing and constantly blames others for their errors. Lack of Hospitality from the General Manager down to all line level employees.

Lack of knowledge for Front Desk Staff that desperately need training on how to use their systems/job duties. Many of the staff members cannot complete day to day job functions at the Front desk. Overcharging, checking in guests with no ID, hanging up on guests, leaving the property overnight/sleeping on the job, etc. Hotel does not change sheets when requesting service for the room. Hotel is dirty. Hallways/stairways do not get cleaned. Inadequate washer/dryer facility half the machines are broken. Hotel does not keep supplies stocked. Breakfast is mediocre for price paid per night. Hotel advertises a pool, but does not have one. Task Force GM Aaron Sanora is not friendly and lack people skills on how to talk with guest(s).

The first night, Our room wreaked of doggy odor and urine. The staff switched our room. But, the new room’s bathroom wreaked of poop. The smell was engrained in the flooring. I love waffles. But, The breakfast choices were limited. Also, to many homeless people at adjacent gas station. Sunday morning, a homeless man entered the hotel, made himself breakfast and proceeded to sit at a table and eat. Police were notified and the man was taken into custody. But, I must say the hotel is beautiful, I loved how the room was furnished. And, the staff was excellent and very accommodating. Especially, the lady that supervises housekeeping. I wish I could remember her name.

I was in town for the packers vs cardinals game. I tried doing an early check in so we could freshen up before the game since we traveled Sunday morning from California. We arrived at 11 am and they didn’t have any rooms for early check in so we headed to the game and changed there! Not an issue whatsoever, it was worth the try on the early check in. Once the game was over we got to the hotel at 6:30 pm. We were told to wait because our room was still not available!!! The agent that helped us was super nice but her manager was rude. She said to sit for about 5 minutes. She did some stuff on her computer and called me back up. The agent tried to assign our room and it still didn’t work. She finally gave us another available room. The agent was nice and apologetic for her not having our room but the other agent was condescending and said “and you got an upgrade”. As if it was my problem that they couldn’t have my room ready. She told our agent to make sure she wasn’t taking it from someone else. If that room is available why wouldn’t I get it if I should have that priority? Im already there! Where was the priority to my room?The kicker is they gave me a room that was exactly what I had reserved, so what was my upgrade???? First time in Arizona, last time a La Quinta!!
