We had a wonderful stay at this property. Between the main house and casita there were nine bedrooms, which was perfect for our group. We used the main house's kitchen for cooking and gathering. The kitchen was well stocked. I was very happy that they gave us supplies - toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tablets, etc. I hate it when you stay someplace and you have to buy toilet paper or something for the last day.The backyard was wonderful! Although the pool was a little small, the hot tub was large. It could probably fit a dozen people fairly easily. We used it a lot in the evening to relax and talk. The pickle ball court was great! We've stayed at places that stick one right next to the house (to claim that they have a pickle ball court) but it's unusable. This one was awesome, and it was lighted so that you could play in the evening. The backyard also had a sauna, a putting green, a basketball court, a ping pong table and an awesome barbecue grill. The only thing that was a little sad was that the fire pit used actual wood logs (and we didn't have any boy scouts with us.)Heirloom was great to work with. We had a baby traveling with us and they provided a pack n play and a high chair. The rooms had mostly king beds which was nice. There are a couple of rooms with two beds. The arrangement worked well for our group. We go to Phoenix every Memorial Day weekend. This was the best house that we've stayed in in a long time. We are hoping to rent it again next year.
