Overall property could use landscaping & removal of fallen trees including removal of brush inside washes. Fan in living room wasn’t properly installed. Shower head falling out of wall. Hole in ceiling & water damage around drywall inside shower Pictures broken on wall. Blinds dirty in bedroom along with clinging sound all thru night if fan is on. Bad water leak around ceiling in bathroom where a/c unit is. Back door sweep & trim needs replacing bad. All cabinets & door knobs were filthy. Most appliances not washed or wiped down properly. Hand towels looked used had hair on them. Toilet was installed leaning & seat was not properly tightened. Damaged drywall in kitchen around island Holes in wall behind fridge & round backsplash between fridge & counter. Bed frame squeaks really loud when moving in bed. Bed not centered with wall in bedroom door for closet hits side of bed if opened. Bedroom door doesn’t stay closed if not shut properly. Overall they need better housekeeping, maintenance, & landscaping thru-out property. Not loud. Some noise here & there with few dog barking from surrounding neighbors. Maps doesn’t properly find units so very hard finding property with no layout signs at front entrances.

It was a nice place but not in any kind of resort. It was an average apartment complex with a room to rent. The apartment was very nice and quiet. Fully stocked and nicely cleaned and decorated. Just not really as advertised in my opinion.

No curtains, hot showers & thermostat stuck at 74

Overall once we got settled and actually found the property and the unit and the garage…the place was nice enough. I was incredibly disappointed that the thermostat was not allowed below 74 degrees. When it’s 111 degrees outside, that’s pretty rough. The rooms has vertical slatted hanging blinds that let in a TON of light and made it difficult to sleep. Both showers were difficult and confusing to operate. The water never actually got hot. Those things aside, the facility was nice and conveniently located.

Everything was great! My family enjoyed the stay. The kitchen needs to be cleaned more. Drawers, refrigerator and utensils were dirty. Overall, we enjoyed and appreciated the upgrade and the pool area was exactly what we needed for relaxation. We live in Phoenix and did a staycation for my son's graduation and glad I chose Meridian. Thank you!

We loved the modern facilities. Pool and common areas were great. However it was too noisy being located right on the road. Would suggest a second coffee machine in the second floor lounge since the one on the first floor was often unavailable because the waste bin had to be emptied.
