The room was located much further north than the map showed. The room was fine, but could be updated. The toilet ran intermittently, the TV turned on by itself 3 times the first night so I unplugged it, and the hot/cold was backwards in the bathroom sink. I was supposed to have covered parking, but someone else was using my assigned spot. Mattresses are memory foam and too firm for my liking. On the other hand it was clean, spacious, and close to the trailheads north of Scottsdale.

On the last day when I tried to fix the sheets, I realized I had been sleeping on other people’s hair and their bodily fluids. It made me sick to my stomach. The AC was such a big problem. I constantly dealing with maintenance. They put a portable AC in which was the most noisy in the world, and it would only cool a small part of the room. The room temperature at times would go up to 84 and I am from Toronto. I feel there was a lot of false advertising. I am fighting for my money back. I am leaving Arizona dehydrated sick, and extremely sleep deprived. I was on a work trip I was expected to be on working as well and that also got affected Please

I had an amazing stay at Meridian CondoResorts in Scottsdale, AZ! The condo was spotless, spacious, and felt just like home — full kitchen, comfy living area, and even a washer and dryer which made everything super convenient. The location is perfect, close to great restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. The staff were friendly and made check-in smooth and easy. The pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing, and parking was hassle-free. You can tell they really care about keeping everything well maintained. If you’re visiting Scottsdale for golf or just want a comfortable and private place to unwind, this resort is the perfect choice. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Decent place for the price, the master bath sink didn’t drain, the toilet ran constantly, it’s right by the Scottsdale airport and the noise was so loud that if the window was open you couldn’t hear each other over the noise.

Very nice location to McCormick Ranch and old town Scottsdale. Ez parking. More restaurants close by than can be counted. Overall rooms and common area are dated, but great value and comfortable and safe feeling.
