This is an old property. Room was huge. The ac didn't work the first night, but maintenance was prompt. They addressed every issue we had politely. The surrounding area is bad. Lots of zombies lurking about. Security is always present, we didn't feel unsafe. We'd stay again
Dirty and the room was beat down. Got a room not as described and ended up going somewhere else, regardless of my non refundable booking.

Worst place I have stayed at
It was horrible, stank of smoke caused asthma issues, both electrical and plumbing werent working well, a shower was broken, outlets didnt work, closet doors and restroom doors were hanging broken, there were stains everywhere (walls, restrooms, lamps, etc.), communication was difficult, we waited 1.5 hrs to even enter room, and we saw roaches, there was also trash right outside, ac didn't work either.

if your going to stay here check in b4 530 or you will have to call in to get the code for your room after you have to pay a deposit by phone
then when you get in your room the double door lock will likely be broken
the room will smell like smoke
the oven will not work the tv will not be connected ours was not connected for three days even after multiple requests
there are cockroaches in the room we did see several so if you have food keep it in the fridge the one redeeming quality of the hoe tel
that and you can have your dog on property

Strong odor of cigarettes smoking as soon as entry into the room, clothing closet has no bar for us to hang our clothes, cockroachs everywhere, cracked wall inside bathrooms. TV didn't work. Very hard to check in by phone. It was definitely bad experience.

Got there at 11:30 PM for a 3-night stay. Had to call the "back-office" number to get the code for the door since the check-in office closes at 5 PM. It was raining. When we entered the room there was a very strong smell of smoke. 2 bedroom apartment. My wife has allergies and immediately had a reaction. She sat down on the bed in the front room. She was bitten 3 times by something. We could not stay. Had to find another hotel. Called the "back-office" number again. They said they couldn't do anything. Suggested I go to the office the next day. Searched online for another hotel. Found one. Left and checked-in there. Came back the next day and asked for a refund due too toxic environment. Office staff said to call Expedia since it was a 3rd party booking. Expedia eventually said they could do nothing. Called the "back-office" number again. They said to go back to the day office. Went there. Was told I would be contacted by Regional Manager. Doubt it. Will be suing. My wife still has the welts where she was bitten.
There was a cockroach infestation, largest roaches I’ve ever seen. Missing closet and bathroom door. Shower/tub faucet broken, leaky faucet. Could not unlock our door without help. Not as pictured on website.
We checked intoMetro Phoenix Extended Stay. We booked through Expedia and are more than disappointed with the quality here, luckily we are only here one night and spent a potion of it elsewhere.
Out of 3 televisions there were two remotes in the apartment and only one had batteries, so one operating remote. The TV in the master bedroom (the one with bigger vanity) television has a crack on screen and does not even work it turns on and will not change channels, and has distorted sound and picture, there are multiple broken outlets or light switch plates in the unit, the floor was disgusting, the hot water doesn’t last for even a decent shower, you can’t plug the tubs even if there was hot water to take a bath and we have kids. There is a cabinet door in the kitchen that is warped and doesn’t close, there are drawers in the master bath vanity with tape on them not sure why, the air conditioner vent plate where the filter goes is ABSOLUTELY disgusting ( what kind of dirt is being blown into the air I paid to sleep in). The couch bed has some sort of nasty stain on the inside of the couch I noticed when pulling it out, and the cushions have stains that don’t look like they were cleaned well, overall cleanliness is a miss. There may be more items, but I am so glad we had elsewhere to spend our active evening rather than being here, and so glad I did not decide to book a second night until I checked the place out. We will not be back

This place should be shut down. The room was not accessible, door lock broken. Waited for maintenance for an hour. Access door to hallway door lock was broken so no security. Trash was laying in halls, rooms had crickets and bugs crawling around, over all a compltete dump. Oh and tweakers hanging around.
When i arrives to my room, it was a mess! The bed was unmaid, showing stains on the mattress. There were dirty dishes in the sink. Roaches!! Crawling around and crawling by the fridge. Dirty wash clothes hanging from the shower curtain pole. Dead bug on the tub wall. NEVER again. And i havebpictures and videos. Not good at All!

The smell was horrific. Like fresh paint over walls that a smoker lived in for decades.
Rented this room because the photos and price looked like a great choice, and the reviews were mostly great. We got in the room late so we didn’t notice too many details, other than the room smelling so badly of cigarettes, even though they claimed to be a smoke free property. The next day, all the details started to show. We went out for breakfast and when we came back the place smelled like someone went into our room and smoked cigarettes in there. It gave me an immediate headache and when I approached the counter the best they could do was offer a deodorizer. The front desk person was super nice. We then went to a store to buy our own air freshener and returned to a scent of cigarettes and room deodorizer. Luckily we bought Lysol air disinfectant that helped me stay for the time I had booked. They told me I got one of the nicer rooms and that there wasn’t any more rooms to move me to, upon diggin into the reviews a little further I quickly realized most of us booked with great hopes because of the great photos and nice reviews but then you find all the honest ones of experiences like mine and think, damn shoulda paid a bit more to stay somewhere nicer. This was for sure just four walls to sleep in and it’s unfortunate how bad the condition of my room was because I really wanted to like this place. I don’t recommend it at all especially if you have children. Hard Pass.
