Welcome to this custom modern home inside the gated community of The Arbors in South Mountain. This spacious 2950 square foot home features 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 bath and a beautiful open concept living room. The home has 10ft ceilings throughout and has been customized with handpicked wallpaper, flooring, & other special touches. You'll love the custom backyard that comes with a large 7 person 120-jet hot tub, built-in gas grill and outdoor living room set and dining table as well as surround sound.

This home has its own private entrance but also has a separate entrance to an occupied Guest Suite. You'll have access to the main home excluding that Guest Suite. There will be plenty of space to park 2 vehicles in the garage and 2 additional vehicles on the left side of the driveway. Please leave the right side of the driveway clear for the guest suite unit. A Tesla Wall Charger is also available inside the 2-car garage.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be close to Chase Field. You'll find features such as a gym, 1 hot tub and laundry facilities. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the holiday home.

House was super clean and decor was wonderful! Communication was great, responded super quick to any questions we had. The only suggestion I have is would be nice to have a washcloth in the kitchen and hand towels in the bathrooms. Overall it was a great house, and would highly recommend!
