Great ‘hotel staff’ with lesser credit to the food and beverage staff who are obviously under separate corporate contracts. Room was clean though starting to show signs of aging with flaking paint in the shower entrance etc. Instructions needed for heating the room!

Resort and room is dated and maintenance has been neglected. Golf course is the only positive. Parking is limited near rooms. Staff driving golf carts nearly ran me over twice, they don’t even slow down.

The hotel is midway between the two Mayo Clinic centers 5 and 12 miles. Very large and comfortable suite at a very reasonable price. When my workup ended a day early, they allowed me to cancel the last day without penalty. Would definitely go back here again in future. Also, no hidden spa fee as in most other resorts.

Excellent customer service. I extended one night without difficulty. My unit was far from the clubhouse, but transportation was provided door to door promptly with a call to the desk. I enjoyer a round of golf, the course was lovely and not difficult. I would definitely stay there again.

Parking was limited... and sometimes required a long walk. Fitness center was EXCELLENT!. Only negative was the surprise time-share element that was brought up. We politely declined attending the meeting.
