The positive was the house was a nice size and fit our family well and was in a good location. The negative was finding out the day before we arrived the grill did not work, which was included in the list of amenities. We grill the majority of our meals so this was an inconvenience. The biggest negative was paying 150 per day for heating the pool and hot tub and the majority of time the heat was not working. The hot tub was unable to get up to temperature and the pool heated up sometimes but the majority of time it did not reach a temp our grandkids could be in. In addition, we really had to push hard that something was not right with the pool heat. they told us more than once we could only heat one at a time and I. understood that. But, we let them know the tablet to control the pool and the heater were Not working. They finally agreed to send someone out to look at the heating and it was out of propane. in addition, even after the propane fill, the heat was not working properly. The heating system does not seem to work. we had a few adults trying to problem solve and we all agreed the tablet is a terrible solution- it continuously did not work. The final item was the pickle ball court. there was up to a 4 inch drop from the court to the rock which was very dangerous. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this property. It was pretty stressful for me promising the kids a pool and it not being warm enough to swim in the majority of the week.
