I was extremely impressed with this property and the property management company. The house was spotless and had every amenity I could think of. Truly a gem of a property. I would without a doubt stay here again.

The house was perfect for our family vacation. It fit 2 families comfortably. The beds were comfortable. We hardly left the house between the backyard being beautiful, the arcade room and the spacious space. It was perfect! Also, at a great location.

Very nice place! Great location, very clean, well maintained, host was very responsive! Only disappointment was the hot tub was not working when we arrived Wednesday. And they did start working on it right away, but it was not able to be used until later Friday night. We were attending a wedding Friday night and checked out Sunday morning so only had 1 day to use the hot tub. I appreciated their communication to let us know they were working on it and I appreciated their persistency in getting it resolved, but that was a major reason we chose this property - our group ranged in ages from 3-74 and we wanted something everyone could enjoy. The older people in our group would have preferred much more hot tub time than they were allowed. I understand things happen and they did their best, but some form of reimbursement would have been fair considering it was out of use majority of our stay. However, the hot tub was fixed and everything else was awesome!! Despite the challenges with the hot tub, I would stay there again and trust they would take care of any issues at all! We had a great time in AZ and loved our stay!

We had a great getaway to Phoenix with friends. The house is set up beautifully, beds are comfy, communication with the staff was prompt if/when we had questions. Backyard and pool were amazing. We enjoyed walking along the canal which is easy access from the house.

Our 1st family vacation in awhile. Perfect for ages 5 to 67. We had game days that included pool games so we didn’t have to leave. Close to hiking and grocery store. Very clean and everything you need. Traffic was noisy all the time. School next door so traffic & kid congestion. Pool light out so couldn’t evening swim and hot tub gfi had tripped before we got there so didn’t use either. But we still had a great time.

Overall great house and great host. House is in great shape, new, very clean. Comfy beds. Kitchen had everything you could need. Game room was fun. Pool was very nice. Lots of towels. Hot tub had a fault on day two and was not usable. The house has all of the little things you don't think of needing but come in very handy when you do. Would definitely visit again.

We booked this place for a couples’ getaway and were blown away! The home was spotless, stylish, and better than the photos. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the jacuzzi under the stars was pure relaxation.We spent our days lounging by the pool, and took some short walks on the nearby canal trails. Although the kitchen was fully stocked, we really only used it for snacking. We walked two minutes to Vecina, a latin america restaurant . . . amazing food! Everything felt private and peaceful, yet close to Old Town and other shopping. You can tell the hosts really care, every detail was perfect. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back with the kids and let them hang out in the cool game room!

We had an amazing time at this property on our short trip. Everything was spotless and well cared for, which immediately made us feel at home. The bed was incredible - gave us the best sleep we’ve had on a trip away from home in a long time. And the location couldn’t be better. The paved canal trail that takes you to Old Town Scottsdale, Biltmore and Tempe Town Lake, is just a half block up from the property. We enjoyed a dinner in Old Town just a few minutes away and enjoyed another dinner on the outdoor kitchen, even made pancakes, eggs and bacon on it the next morning! We weren't aware the property had a game room when we booked it - another great surprise. Kind of a short trip so not much pool time but the pool and backyard are just as nice as shown on the listing. We loved the themed pictures throughout the home. We can’t recommend this place enough, best short term rental we've stayed in, especially considering the price we paid. We’ll definitely be coming back!PS. We didn't get a chance to hike Camelback but enjoyed the view while sipping on our morning coffee.
