The host had great communications and the house was wonderful for a girls trip. Lots of space to hang out and good bedroom and bathroom space for 8 women! The kitchen and pantry were stocked very well and we were able to cook meals and not lack for anything! Appreciate the coffee maker for all of us too :) Be careful of the golfers as a few balls hit the roof and the pool area. Appreciate the support when a few minor issues came up and would highly recommend this property for anyone! Clean and the check out process super easy.

Simply the best...

I don't want it to be hard to rent this house again next year so I kinda don't want to say how amazing it is. Perfect for my group of guys who all go out to Scottsdale for Spring Training every year. This house has everything. PLUS, excellent management company, they make it easy. Thanks for another great stay.

Easily fit 20 thirty year old guys as long as some are comfortable sharing some of the beds. And couches are extremely comfortable and big for sleeping. Great space for games and activities. Highly recommend we had a blast. The beds in the bunk bed room were big too and were a lot a fun for the group that slept in there.

Desert Christmas

A large group of family and friends stayed at this amazing property to celebrate Christmas together and it exceeded our expectations. Everything was just stellar and there was so much to do at the property for EVERYONE that we only left for a few hours each night. We had kids ranging in age from 3-22 y/o and lots of adults and the space never felt crowded or like we were on top of each other. The host is excellent with making recommendations and responded to every communication. We would 100% stay here again!

Spring Break Oasis

What a great property for large groups - adults and kids. Lots of entertainment for kids, and relaxation for adults. Weather was not cooperative during stay; however, heated pool allowed for all day swimming the entirety of trip. Convenient location, but no need to leave the house! Will definitely come back!

Despite the incredibly hot weather we had a great time! The air conditioning worked flawlessly and the pool was a godsend against the hot weather. The house provided a lot of incidentals that other properties we have rented did not, e.g. trash bags, laundry soap, paper towels, dishwasher soap, etc.; we were pleasantly surprised and appreciative. Regarding communication with the property manager, we did not have to contact him/her at all so we have nothing to report...gave 5 stars b/c NA was not an option.

Our trip was nothing short of amazing! Loved having all the bedrooms on both sides of the house, the pictures don’t do Justice this property is absolutely stunning! The grill and pool area are amazing and very spacious. We will definitely be back.

Great space both inside and out!

We had a great stay for a long-weekend in Scottsdale. Location was great, only a 10-15 min drive to Old Town and close to grocery stores, etc. The space both inside and outside was great for everyone - so many activities including pickleball, cornhole and the TV set up was great to watch playoff football. I would definitely stay here again - VacayAz was easy to work with as well.

Amazing

Everything about this property was so great and well thought out. Everyone was impressed and the cleanliness and condition of everything was top notch. 11 adults and 8 kids and it was perfect for all. Host was extremely attentive and solved anything that came up immediately.

Fabulous Fun & Frivolity!

I invited a group of 25 friends to join me in celebrating my 75th birthday. The house was absolutely fabulous, and so spacious we never felt crowded. The pantry, kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. There were a couple of hiccups, but in the end, this will be a gathering long and fondly remembered.

Great spaces for visiting and relaxing

Check the times for check in and check out and confirm before booking. The managers of this property claimed the times for check in and check out changed and would not honor what they were when we booked. 5 pm is a LATE check in time! Also, the vent fan in the kitchen did not work. We got "smoked out" during one night of cooking. Rest of amenities were lovely--pool, veranda, grill, bathrooms, living spaces, and bedrooms. Really comfortable with space to spread out.

Fun!!! Fun!!! Fun!!! Expectations and more!!!

Everything listed in the things to do were in good working condition except the shuffleboard. We also would have liked the pool and spa to be hotter. However, they were ok. It was unseasonably cold while we stayed. We played a ton of pickleball and used all of the toys. The house has everything you need for cooking, dining and more. I was extremely impressed. I would definitely recommend this venue to my family and friends. We had 12 adults and 4 children 3 and under. No complaints only fun memories!!! Room for more.

Good times for all

This house has everything anyone could need. Check in was contactless. House information is nicely presented by using QR code. All of the adults had their own bedroom & bathroom. Kids LOVED the bunk beds. Lots of space inside and outside of house for everyone to do their own thing. Location was convenient. The only negative is that house is on golf course and there were several golf balls that narrowly missed hitting someone. Nets have been constructed to help keep golf balls out of yard, but there was a small risk when being out there during the day. Overall, house was well maintained, everyone felt comfortable and we would definitely visit again!

Excellent house in Scottsdale

This property exceeded our expectations! It was extremely spacious and had a well thought out floor plan. The backyard was where we spent most of our time and it was amazing for socializing & entertaining. We loved that we all had our own bed & bathroom. The house was very clean, comfortable and stocked with everything you could imagine. We all really liked the property and would definitely rent again with friends or families.
