Overall I would recommend this rental. The house and the property itself are beautiful. The hosts/property managers were gracious and very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. All of the listed amenities are great, they even provide putters and a pitching wedge for the golf area out back. My complaints are minimal in nature. There is definitely a misrepresentation in the photos of the pool area on the listing. As of this review, there is a 10 foot high permanent black screened in area around the pool. I presume this is to keep 4 legged critters out,maybe, but mostly I think it has to do with safety and property liability associated with families with small children to prevent any unfortunate accidents. The fence definitely takes away from the overall aesthetic of what is a gorgeous backyard. It gives it a sort of community pool look to it. Secondly, the water feature on the pool is not regulated properly, and there is no "on/off" switch for it and it ran nearly 24 hours a day during our stay and while it is a nice feature, it is pretty loud because there is a motor driving it continuously. When we would sit outside as a group, we had to shout a little bit over the noise to hear each other speak, a bit unfortunate. Lastly, there is active construction taking place on the adjacent property home and so that was kind of annoying, and throw in a neighbor's dog that barks a lot. Again, these are minor complaints and your future stay may be more serene.

The property is located in a good neighborhood and we felt safe and secure. The house was clean and it had a full kitchen with all the pots and utensils for a party of 8. We didn't get to use the pool due to the weather but it was clean and nice. We had a couple of BBQ's in the backyard which was very enjoyable too. We had trouble starting the grill and I texted the host who responded promptly and was able to fix the problem right away. Overall, the house was great but since we were a party of 8 married couples, the layout of the house was not perfectly fitting as the size of the rooms were different with a huge master bedroom with King size bed and a full bathroom and the other rooms didn't have bathrooms or King size beds.

This house is great. We had six adults and were very comfortable. It was sparkling clean, had everything we needed and was in a quiet, nice neighborhood. Very convenient location for most things we wanted to do in Scottsdale. Highly recommend! Communication with management was very easy as well.

This is a beautiful home - spacious, well-designed, clean and comfortable. Everything about it was perfect for our family gathering. We loved the putting green and the little trail in the backyard. Since it was winter time we didn’t end up using the pool, but it is beautiful as well - and even fenced for the safety of kids. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. This is a wonderful home and was a terrific place to stay. Highly recommend!!

The house was amazing, one of the best we have ever rented. The host was very responsive. Beds were super comfortable. We were happy that we heated the pool for our stay (late October, beginning November). The putting green was a huge hit with our adult children.

We stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette party weekend and it was absolutely perfect! Our only complaint was the room my sister-in-law and I happened to stay in (first king bedroom with bath to the left when you walk in) was the hottest by 20 and didn’t seem to get much airflow but every other room seemed to be a comfortable temperature.The house was perfect - kitchen had everything we needed, pool was spotless & so refreshing, the neighborhood was quiet and safe, property was large and private. It was exactly what we hoped for and more!

Awesome house for groups

The house is beautiful and perfect for large groups (we were a group of 12)! We especially loved the backyard and pool. It’s in a quiet and safe neighborhood that was a good location for us - 20 min ride to downtown Scottsdale (no issue with getting Ubers to the house) and close to many hiking trails. The house was very clean and updated, and Margie was a communicative and accommodating host. Would definitely stay here again!
