Great location, neighborhood, and house. House is a nice design with bedrooms in separate corners of the house, each with its own full bathroom), surrounding the kitchen dining and living room. Kitchen is very nice with Viking appliances and super easy and nice to cook in. There is also a nice large grill in the covered area of the pool. Pool is heated and both pool and hot tub are great. House is 0.9 mile walk through neighborhood (one turn) to tons of hiking and biking trails. The trails are nicely maintained and easy to hike on (not many rocks or roots). Mostly flat-ish / rolling hills but there are some trails that traverse the peaks if you are looking for more elevation change. There are many loops so you can hike for as long or short as you like. Put the address into Strava (or other hiking / trail app) and you can see the trails map. Comms with property management was easy and efficient as was check in and check out. We had no issues or problems. Bluetooth stereo to your phone and play music at the pool. Loved it. Would definitely rent again ideally for two weeks. AJ’s Finer Food is an awesome store nearby with fantastic selection of steaks and especially fish for grilling (not inexpensive, but better and cheaper than similar quality restaurant meals) and decent wine selection (which did not seem overpriced)
