Nice Hotel

The room and bathroom were clean. Liked the bed and pillows! Very comfy. Staff for check in and check out were very pleasant. It was in an around walking distance to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had a little balcony with two chairs and a little table which was nice if we were stay longer . Our trip was a one night stay. I would definitely stay again passing through Chandler Arizona. Pet friendly as well. Had a cute bowl and treats for the dog in the front entrance.

Clean, comfortable bed. Huge TV. My only complaint was that I requested someone come empty the trash and replenish some towels. It took over 24 hours for someone to do so. But honestly, if that’s my only negative about a place, then it’s pretty good.

Seriously long wait for room, then room not clean

Delayed check in. We got there before 1:00 and they told us that the rooms were being cleaned. And they were super super busy and trying to catch up. We advise them we would be waiting in the lobby and we basically sat in the lobby for 4 hours and then on my third check at the front desk to see if the room was ready he tells me oh yeah he says the rooms ready and it's been ready for a little bit how can I help you. Checked in the check-in was easy piece of cake however when we got up to the room after spending all that time waiting for it to be cleaned yes the bed was made the linens had a funky smell to them the towels were brittle and hard not soft and welcoming at all. The room had been vacuumed but along the tiled edges was dirt and fuzz and it was totally unbelievable they don't clean the corners or the edges of the small tiled space. Very clean shower though and a nice view from my balcony
