I was forced to move out of my room at 2:30 in the morning. I got out of bed to use the restroom in room 321. I found 2 roaches in the bathroom. I then went to the kitchen sink for a quick hand wash and found 2 more crawling around in the sink. I had to pack all my stuff into my bags, request a room change, and also inspect my bags to make sure I didn't have the bugs in them already. The staff was helpful, but the system was down and I had to wait another 1.5hours to get out of 321 and move. I didn't get back to sleep until almost 5 am. I had to be at work by 8 am. I was exhausted. The manager didn't show up until after I was gone, so I haven't spoken to anyone other than the receptionist

They did not have room service. The window seals were dirty, floors were dusty under table between kitchen and living area. Counters and refrigerators were dirty. Switched rooms because the heat did not work and that room too were dirty. But it was quiet and parking was convenient

I have been staying at a hotel until my home is redone from a tragedy. The staff are all rude, the housekeeping only come once a week. The do random inspections (which is fine accept I work from home and asked that on the days they do come for inspection that they come in my room on my breaks and they don’t care. They have zero compassion. This is supposed to be a place that can feel like a home away from home. They don’t make it feel very homey. Also the elevators have been broken since i arrived.

When you arrive you see a lot of drug addicts getting high in the parking lot and in corners of the property. They would leave their mess there (needles, pipes). It didn’t feel safe at all. Inside the room the walls were scratched up and rug so dirty it would leave our socks black. It felt more like a low budget extended stay rather than what Sonesta is known for. It was a little run down for my taste, I was only there one night. Oh and I paid 5 dollars to park yet the druggies broke my turn signal on my car, smh. Why charge if my car is not being cared for in a locked parking. They stand outside like Zombies from the show the living dead. It was awkward to say the least … thanks

Little warm in room

The A/C in room 104 wasn’t working properly and then went to room 103 and it was slightly better…. Talked with the manager and she’s awesome and knows it’s an issue. I think a little discount should have been giving but I’m not going to make a big deal…. Other than that all was great

The stay was great and all but we did not get room service every day my bed was still messed up every day that I went in there but when I did ask for maintenance to come they were there right away I do appreciate that but as far as room service nobody came in to clean my house my room for a while they actually didn't clean it at all and that was kind of concerning to me because I thought you guys went in there that's what I was paying room service for.
