We were very disappointed with our stay.The main reason we rented this property was to have a pool for the grandkids.Even though we paid extra for heating it didn’t work and water temperature stayed around 50o. The owner was unable to have it repaired making the whole trip regrettable. They refunded the surcharge for heat but did nothing more to compensate us. The outdoor furniture was falling apart , areas taped and unsafe. We also had plumbing issues with the upstairs bathroom. The toilet wouldn’t flush and kept running and we just used the temporary ties (already there) with no follow up when reported.The bathtub had drainage problems and drawers in the kitchen would fall down when opened. All complaints to Vrbo were given and we were given the run around despite the fact that we connected over a dozen times on the issues.

House was ok. Pool is NOT heated like it is advertised. Heating is an extra charge. Hot tub did not smell very good. We left a remote and the cost service fee to mail it back was extremely excessive. Not the experience we were looking for

The house itself was very nice. Beds were a little hard, but fine if that is how you like it. The Hot tub was not cleaned when we got there. We thought no big deal they said they come once a week, maybe they will be here tomorrow. No one ever showed up and we even found a CGM in the bottom of the hot tub and the needle was still attached. I then told the kids they couldn’t use it anymore. Since they couldn’t use the hot tub to warm back up after swimming they also quit using that as much. The hot tub and pool were the main reason we booked this house.

We were really excited about this property because the neighborhood and location are truly wonderful, and the house itself has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, our stay was impacted by several issues that really should have been addressed before guests arrived.When we got there, the outdoor garbage cans were already full of trash. The pool—which we paid an extra fee to have heated—was cold on arrival. We checked in on Saturday, but no one came out to address the problem until Tuesday, and even then the issue wasn’t fixed. The heated pool was the main reason we booked this house, so that was a big disappointment.The hot tub was also dirty although they said it was drained and cleaned before we got there. The kitchen was poorly stocked for a home that sleeps eight people, there were fewer than eight forks and plates. The mattress in one of the bedrooms was thin and uncomfortable. We also ran into several maintenance problems: a clogged shower drain, a broken screen door that let all of the mosquitoes in, and closet doors that were off their tracks.Despite all this, we did love the neighborhood and the layout of the house. The backyard/pool area is nice and comfortable. The property truly has great potential with some extra care and attention. If the owners address these issues, it could be a wonderful place to stay.

Great time away

We live in Payson and wanted a weekend away with a pool and some other fun stuff to do. We really enjoyed being able to spread out in the home, play billiards, go swimming, cook inside and out, and just enjoy a relaxing environment. We will definitely rent again.

The house was beautiful, well stocked with everything we needed. Used the new grill everyday. Enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, hammock and pool table. Pool didn’t get warm (we still used it) but they were gracious to refund the pool heater amount. Very nice neighborhood, close to grocery store, hiking, etc. would definitely stay again! Thank you!

There was a lot of things that it laughed pool toys for kids, paper plates, napkins, two beach towels for six people had to keep washing the six same plates. Every time we eat a meal these are things that it should have a working icemaker. There were so many things that we were very unhappy about it was big it was roomy and it was pretty clean cigarette butts all over the front entryway like hundreds that should’ve been swept up and cleaned up would not recommend this place for people to stay at

This rental property was perfect for our family needs. The house is clean and set up very well. We appreciated items like laundry soap, dishwasher soap, and even basic cooking Ingredients in the cupboards for our use. The host was very quick in answering any questions we had and made our stay very pleasant. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
