Worth it 


Great 3 bedroom/2 bath single level home located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Great proximity to restaurants/shopping/grocery/entertainment district/ park with walking trail. The house is super clean all the linens were good quality. The bed was very comfortable! Easy check in and check out process. Great communication with owner. The owner has gone above and beyond to supply shampoo/conditioner/body wash in all bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked for anything you need
. The pool was great!We would stay here again!

Parents Weekend!

6 parents got away for a concert at State Farm Stadium, only a short 10 minute drive away. House was very clean and had everything we needed, and some extra little things like an air pump for our pool floaties! We LOVED the shuffle board and air hockey!! Perfectly located in town close to restaurant/grocery etc, would highly recommend! Hoping this will be available should we come back in the future!

Family fun

We came into town for a long weekend and had a lovely time at this rental. It was perfect place to get together with local family and friends and have a small casual bridal shower with permission from the host. The layout of the common spaces allowed for great fun with the games, pool, and a nice open kitchen for hosting lots of good food. Everything was very tidy and well updated with modern amenities. Lots of pool towels and even some pool accessories were a nice touch. The host was very communicative and helpful when we locked ourselves out late one night too. I would definitely use this property again next time I come to town with the kids to visit family.

Lovely house with great space and comfy beds. I’ve stayed in plenty or homes where they skimped on bedding and mattresses, not here!!! Everything was just right. Very thoughtful hosts. They thought of everything, they even put poopouri in the bathrooms;)

Great stay in great location

Property was in great shape except for a few minor issues which were cosmetic in nature. Owner was an excellent communicator and very responsive. Location was in very safe neighborhood with easy and quick access to local markets and restaurants. The heated pool was a big hit! All appliances worked perfectly.

Great home for our family trip to Spring Training. Quiet neighborhood but located within 10 minutes of all conveniences. Pool and outside seating was great! House was stocked with everything you'd need. The beds were comfortable too. Kristen is very responive and a caring host. Definitely would book again!again. caring host.

Willow House Stay

The property was exactly as advertised. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and easy access to main travel routes throughout the Pheonix area. We visited to attend a couple Spring Training games and served as a great landing pad. The pool was perfect for our 2 boys. Overall a great stay.

Great house for our family

This property was perfect for our extended family trip to Phoenix. Everyone had a good bed, games for the kids, and heated pool in Feb. The kitchen and dining area had plenty of room for our group of 8. Kitchen was lacking a few essentials (strainer, larger pots, grilling tongs) but we made due. Neighborhood was quiet. The owner was very easy to communicate with although we never needed anything additional from her.

Relaxing and Convenient!

The house was immaculate and clean when we arrived. They had some great staples, like coffee pot, sunscreen, popcorn popper, shampooo/conditioner, etc. 4Br and a heated pool included drew us to the property! Master bedroom with bathroom/closet was spacious. Would definitely stay again with my kids! Very kid friendly.

Wonderful Peoria house

We were meeting family from Colorado for my nephews hockey tournament. We wanted something we could all hangout since they were in a hotel. The house was perfect. It exceeded our expectations. Very clean, comfortable, fun! We loved the heated pool. And so many pool towels! Which was awesome since with everyone swimming we needed them all! So nice not to have to pay extra! The host is amazing. She’s so very sweet! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We really don’t have a single complaint. We live in Tucson so we don’t stay in Phoenix area much but if we do this house is the one!

Fantastic stay!

Kristen was a great VRBO host and her house was fantastic for our family vacation. Every aspect that you could think of, was taken into account. The house felt like a home, not just a rental, and was the perfect home-base for our two week family trip. I cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Kristen and her VRBO. We will definitely be looking to book with her again if/when we visit Phoenix.

Fantastic Thanksgiving

I could not have asked for a better house to celebrate Thanksgiving away from home. The kitchen was fully stocked and large to accommodate the family. The family loved the air hockey and shuffleboard games along with the variety of board games . I absolutely loved the heated pool to enjoy with the beautiful lighted patio and fire pit. My most favorite part of the house would have to be the amazing master closet in the bathroom, my dream closet. Thank you to our host Kristen for being so responsive and helpful during our stay.

Wedding weekend

We enjoyed our stay with cousins to celebrate a family wedding. The kids enjoyed playing games and swimming while the adults had their own space to relax and enjoy time together. Everything was perfect and we all want to come back again soon!!

Amazingly homey!

My family and I stayed at this amazing him during our visit to Arizona for my wife's graduation. Although the house is not in the center of Phoenix it was close enough for us to make the trip in for the graduation and to visit the state fair! Kristen was an amazing host and was very accommodating. The house was very clean when we arrived and everything was accurate from the description on the website. Kristen left some nice little added touches for my wife which she absolutely loved and my boys loved the bunk beds and the pool! The kitchen had everything we needed and what it didn't have we were able to get nearby as the house is located right off of a main thoroughfare in Peoria. The neighborhood was quiet and we found the house relatively easy to find from the airport, which is about 30 minutes from the house. The inside of the house there were plenty of bath towels and pool towels. The bathrooms are great, especially the master bath. Overall, we had a great experience with the house and working with Kristen throughout this process.
