I'm not really qualified to rate the place, since I took sick after the arrival. I needed to go to the ER and stayed in my room . I left on the third day. When I inquired about a refund for the four unused days, I was denied that, since I booked through Expedia. That part was disapointing.

The toilet paper dispenser in the room was falling off the wall, bagels alone does not constitute "FREE BREAKFAST", room was at least clean but they put me by the pool and it was very loud. Lastly, the only reason we booked the Sparks was because it is a Hilton property. I WAS SHOCKED TO FIND OUT THAT I WOUDL NOT BE GETTING ANY REWRDS POINTS BECASUE I BOOKED THROUGH YOU. You should disclose this information not wait until customers are unhappily surprised!!!!

Nice facility only thing is they had no hair conditioner. They need to add hair conditioner and add an extra towel for two people two towels are not enough three would be perfect.
