They host was very responsive. They house has several seating areas with a very comfy sectional sofa upstairs and upper balcony furniture. The house itself was good, but the ceiling fans were filthy, as well as the trim and registers full of this dust and dirt. The pool was and nice size clean but the water was a bit cold even after paying extra for pool heat. There was no way to turn up the temp for a warmer pool. The outside furniture is a bit uncomfortable as the cusions are very worn.

Golf Course vacation home

This was the perfect home for our family while staying in the area for our daughter's wedding. The backyard space was a huge draw for us and it did not disappoint. We did experience the rogue gold balls, but that was fully disclosed. The inside space was equally as enjoyable. We had a few minor issues but the host was very responsive and addressed all of them promptly. There was plenty of room and very well stocked. We would definitely stay at this property again.

It was wonderful...

This is the type of review where I hate to make the property sound too good, because I don't want it to get so popular that I won't be able to get it booked again. We loved it! I don't come back to Arizona in the summer often, but the pool made it totally bearable. We spent most of our time in the pool whenever we were at the house. It was also a perfect house for us to just stay put and let all the relatives come to us. Some people might not like looking at the busy Power Road in the distance from the back yard, but I hardly noticed it. What was noticable was the view of the golf course from the back yard. I enjoyed waving to and talking to random golfers. An occasional golf ball might come flying into the yard, which could be dangerous, but we really didn't have any problems. The backyard has a putting green, which also offered us something to do when we weren't in the pool. We used the grill many times for our family gatherings and the abundance of outdoor seating, to include a dining table, made it nice to sit around and visit. It was nice having a garage to keep the vehicle somewhat cool and out of the sun. I can't say enough good. We really enjoyed the house.

The home is invitingly warm, clean, well stocked and spacious. We would rent the home again. Sitting by the pool was wonderful. We enjoyed the novelty of the lemon trees.

Easter in Arizona

Casa Bella was the perfect home, away from home, for our family of five, visiting grandma for Easter. The pool was an amazing Spring bonus as our Midwest weather has our own pool still hibernating for the season. Our hosts keep this residence beautifully cleaned, decorated and stocked for dining in or hosting guests. I practically overpacked, with all the considerations that were already covered as a convenience to guests. By far, our favorite rental, to day. Thank you for sharing this space (and lemon tree) with us.

Beautiful Home

The property was gorgeous and fit our needs perfectly. I especially liked the kitchen - the variety of dishes, pots / pans, utensils as I cooked the entire time we were there. There were a few things that came up of which I needed to converse with the property managers about but that has nothing to do with the beautiful home. As the property managers I would be keeping a closer look on services that are being paid for that aren't happening effectively.

Flew some family from Iowa to visit my daughter and family. She did not have accommodations for all of us so rented this VRBO. Wonderful house, wonderful location for us. Quiet and relaxing. Enjoyed everything about our stay. Had trouble first night with AC and manager took quick action to vorrect next day. Made it a non-issue. Very pleased.

This place was great. There were 8 of us that including my adult children. The house was very clean and had all that you would have wanted. They had things that I did not know I needed. The outdoor area was very nice. It was a little cool when we were there and the outdoor fireplace and heater were great. The pools was also very nice.

Perfect Gilbert home

We stayed in this home for just over a week. This home was by far the cleanest VRBO rental we’ve been in. Job well done. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed for preparing meals as well as baking a few things. We were pleasantly surprised. There’s a card table which came in handy for family games. The pool was nice but wasn’t used too much due to how incredibly hot it was the week of our stay. We wished we could’ve enjoyed it more. Being on the golf course and reading the reviews we were prepared for the occasional golf balls to enter the yard and they did. We were only startled a few times by the sound of a ball hitting the house which was no big deal for us. The neighborhood is very quiet with a nice family vibe which we enjoyed. Bart always responded promptly which we appreciated. We would definitely return and recommend.

The house is complete; it has everything a vacationer need. The only thing the AC tempreture was locked at 72. This is good during the day but at night it is not completely comfortable. It should be at least 70. However overall I recommend this house to anyboday who would like to sepend enjoyable time. The pool is very nice . The house has all what we needed.
