This home was perfect! Spacious and cozy at the same time. The yard is amazing! I could have just stayed out there for the whole visit. Everything was clean and the hosts provided way more amenities than most rentals. Communication and check in/out get an AAA. The neighborhood was quiet and nice to go for a walk. Highly recommended. I will definitely go back.

The listing for this rental was accurate to reality. Host was great and provided all necessary info for a great stay. The home was very clean and neat. We asked for the pool to be heated and was when we arrived! This home is a gem and near everything you would need or want to do. We hope to come back in the near future!

Overall the hosts were very professional. We have nothing bad to say about our stay. The home was fully stocked. There was a closet full of clean towels in different sizes. There was plenty of laundry pods for us to use. There was even some kitchen supplies and seasonings available if we did cook. The bathrooms were clean and including dove products. The pool was nice, and we opted not to heat the pool. There was an array of toys and even children’s life vests there.

Pros: Check in was easy. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Owner response was quick. Back yard was great for relaxing in the evening as it cooled down. The pool shed with all the floats and toys was great to have. I liked the layout of the house. Kitchen was fairly stocked. Cons: Upon arrival we noticed the kitchen counter had something sticky left on it, probably from a drink that was placed there. The bbq grill was dirty from the last person that used it. It’s fine, I cleaned it myself. But after paying a cleaning fee I don’t like that I have to clean things before I use them. And the owner didn’t offer to take a percent off the cleaning fee. Other areas needed attention. Stains on the ceiling, walls or door. The kitchen is fairly stocked, but could use a new set of pans. Paper products were only one roll of everything. Only a couple garbage bags to last us 7 days. The trash can was on the smaller side and had to be changed more frequently. The house rules were explicit on using provided make up wipes instead of washcloths however there were no make up wipes. And the white towels were dingy. The last two days we started finding little bugs in the house. In the bedroom, entry to the living room. Overall: Just okay. If this house had a deep clean, upgraded kitchenware, towels and didn’t skimp on basic necessities it could be a 5 star.

4th of July family trip

We had a wonderful stay at this property for our family trip. We had three adults and children ranging from ages 1-13 yo and everyone had a great time! We were concerned about visiting Arizona in July, but the pool was just what we needed to stay cool during the day and the kids loved being able to use the pool toys and floaties that were available for us. Also, the box of toddler toys in the kids bedrooms was a nice surprise and super helpful for my little one since we could only bring a few of her toys with us.Most importantly and appreciated was the responsiveness of the hosts. When we first arrived we noticed that the previous guests had damaged the umbrellas outside so there was no shade for us under the dining tables. We contacted the hosts and they responded within a half hour and had new umbrellas delivered and set up within a couple of hours! I've never stayed at vacation rental with such considerate hosts.We would definitely stay here again!

Great Spot

We enjoyed our stay so much. The pool was amazing and the yard was very inviting and comfortable. Lots of space in the house and everyone thought their bed was nice and comfy! We enjoyed the television room and were able to cook our meals with ease. Would definitely come back!

Great house with everything you need!

We enjoyed our stay here for our spring break with the kids. The house had absolutely everything we needed and everything was in working order. Kids loved the pool and roasting marshmallows out back. We had a hiccup checking in but the hosts were very responsive and made up for it. The neighborhood is very quiet just as others have said, my only knock is there is a dog at the neighbors that sometimes barked at night, we turned noisemakers on and slept through it.
