Relax in the private backyard pool and lounge area, perfect for cooling off or enjoying Arizona evenings. Parking is a breeze with a driveway and garage available for your use. Inside, you’ll find all the essentials to make your stay stress-free and comfortable. Come experience a clean, welcoming home base while you explore all that Tempe, Scottsdale, and Phoenix have to offer!

Parking – Please limit to 3 cars max (1 in the garage, 2 in the driveway). Street Parking could potential be towed. Thank you!

No Smoking Indoors – Absolutely no smoking inside the home. If smoking is discovered indoors, there will be a $500 fine.

No Parties – Out of respect for our neighbors, parties and large gatherings aren’t allowed.

Pool Care – Please keep the pool cleaner in the pool so it can do its job and keep the water fresh for you and future guests.
