The rooms are relatively quiet, even with it having a full casino inside the rooms are also very clean, but there was a stench and maybe that came from outside, but for the most part, the room was really clean and enjoyable, and the views were nice. However, the one complaint that I have is that at arriving at a hotel there is no help to get your bags from your car and get to the front of the lobby. It is very obvious that the design of the parking lot was to encourage you to use Valley Park versus South parking because if you self park, you have to walk quiet distance with bags in order to check in

I had $25 for being VIP for the food and beverage credit. Jist noticed on my receipt that it was not applied. I will be contactong ablut this. Our room was not ready at checkin, 4pm. We finally got told it was ready at 5:10pm. They kept saying they dont know how long and were rude about it. The 2nd time we tried to check in it was still not ready so i requested compensation for this error and they offered a $75 credit. If we come to AZ again we will probably try a different stay.

The Talking Stick was a great resort pick for our first time in Scottsdale. The hotel is extremely clean and well kept, the casino and hotel areas smelled wonderful. The room was updated and had a great scenic view of the pool and golf course and mountains. Everyday our rooms were cleaned, bed made, and well stocked with water and fresh towels. The only thing it needed was a place to hang wet bathing suits after enjoying their wonderful pools which were big and renovated (west pool). The west pool was open till 11 and the main pool was 24/7 and both had a jacuzzi. The parking was free which was a big help since we rented a car to get around. The casino poker room was run well and the black jack tables were so much fun. We would surely return here again as we really enjoyed our stay and all the staff was friendly and helpful. Great place to stay in Scottsdale that’s close to a lot of golf courses and just overall a great time. Thanks again Talking Stick!
