Employees in various places were not very approachable or friendly. As a first time visitor and not familiar with the property I would have appreciated a little more kindness/helpfulness. Registration was great though with a very helpful person there. Restaurants and concierge not so much. Never once asked if I wanted a drink in a day and a half of gambling.
