Summary:
Welcome to Metro Tempe Apartments. We offer fully remodeled furnished studio apartments. All of our units feature full kitchens, high speed plug in or wireless internet, full size sofa sleeper and king mattress. Check in is contactless, keypad code to your email on day of check in. This is a comfortable Studio right off of the 101 at Price and Southern. End units may have freeway noise so if you are sensitive, this may not be the space for you. These are interior corridor units so if someone breaks our policies and smokes tobacco or marijuana, you may smell that. We have a strict non smoking policy that we enforce but people do break these rules.
During your stay at this apartment building, you'll be within walking distance of Mesa Community College. Enjoy features like a gym and 1 hot tub. The apartment includes amenities such as a kitchen and a TV.

Good place for only a few days

Good place but it could be better with upgrades. To start the room had a really weird smell the whole stay time. The A/C did not work how it should we would wake up sweating from how hot it was. The restroom was not what I expected it, the bathtub was DIRTY at some point I seen a roach. Overall the bed was comfortable nd seemed like a safe neighborhood.

The smell is if chemicals and cat pee is awful loud the only good thing the front of the place was decent with nice fridge and a little Kitchenet other than that i don't recommend. Bathroom was old and out dated hair dryer did not work had to go buy one cause they said they did not have another.

Somewhere between a motel and a VRBO

Disappointing. Just book a hotel. No iron or board (despite being in the listing), hair dryer was broken. No hangers in the closet, pull out couch didn't have pillows, still had plastic on the thin mattress, only a fitted sheet and a hotel blanket was provided. One singular K cup of coffee was provided for our group of 3 for 2 nights. Only 2 wash clothes/towel sets were provided for our stay. Bare minimum on the kitchen and no place to sit and eat. No sugar, creamer, salt, or pepper. There is a suspicious black bag of miscellaneous old spices that are leaking in one cabinet. Lots of reviews mention the house from the road, they're was also a bus stop right outside our window which has it's own added adventures. Also, we could hear our neighbors across the hall and to the sides very well, and into the night. Only one air conditioner in the bedroom, so if you're sleeping on the pull out, be prepared to be hot. Overall, not worth the money. Book literally anywhere else other than here.

Affordable but Smells like dogs

Affordable and Area was clean. Unfortunately our room smelled really badly like a dirty wet dog was on the couch. The door between both rooms didn’t lock. And a very large dog liked to bark around 6:55am when their owners left. So if you have dogs this might be the place for you? Pool is also vastly smaller then the picture! But it’s clean and does the trick just fine

Perfect short or long term stay

The unit was tastefully furnished and the property manager was very hospitable. The floors were a little dusty, but overall, the space was very clean and welcoming. The light above the sink has an automatic sensor, so that kind of got annoying in the middle of the night, but I put a cloth over the sensor to prevent it from coming on by itself, which solved that issue easily enough. Check-in was a breeze, and the door code was very convenient. The appliances were all new and functioned well. There was no stopper for the bathtub, but I found one at the dollar store so I could give my daughter a bath, and I left it for the next guest. The area is a bit noisy with traffic, but that's to be expected given the location. I would definitely recommend, and would stay here again.
