Welcome to Metro Tempe Apartments. We offer fully remodeled furnished studio apartments. All of our units feature full kitchens, high speed plug in or wireless internet, full size sofa sleeper and king mattress. Our remodel is 100% complete:)

Please note the following: We are right off the 101 freeway and some of the corner units may be subject to freeway noise. These are interior corridor units and you may smell guest cooking or the possibility of tobacco or marijuana smoke. We are a 100% smoke free property but occasionally guests break the rules. We do our best to keep the premises smoke free. We have a 24/7 guest experience team always available to help with any issue. Please do not expect 5 star accommodations but do expect a clean, safe and responsive experience. Our pool and spa is heated year round and our internet is both wireless and plug in and best in class with Cox 1G Fiber (guest speeds will vary based on occupancy).

Mixed Bag

It was odd to see people hanging out in the parking lot (I think one guy was living out of his car) mixed with upgraded features inside and out. It appeared to be a gentrified building with most upgrades complete, but still showing the old remnants like the bathtub. The walls were thin and neighbors were randomly quiet or very loud. Left the TV on to drown out the noise - was challenging to get a good night's rest even though the bed was plenty comfortable.

- Check in Information never provided - Room wasn’t ready until 1hr 30 min after arrival (4pm) check in time- Said room wasn’t ready because it needed to be cleaned.- Room was filthy with hair every where, dirty sheets, wet sticky floors, overly stained chairs
