The staff was amazing. However the property looks nothing like the photos. The rooms are run down and we were on level1 and had roaches in our room! We booked for two nights but did not stay.

1/3rd of a couch and no lighting says a lot

They put us in an unmanaged room that was Smokey. There weren’t ANY lights, two thirds of our SOFA was MISSING. They gave us a different room, my friend couldn’t breathe. We booked the room for a concert, thinking we could lounge by the pool and drink and eat at the bar/restaurant. To our surprise the pool was too cloudy to use. The restaurant was CLOSED FOR THE SUMMER. The rooftop was thrashed and there was broken furniture everywhere. The free breakfast they advertised was only a few rock hard muffins they had put out. Our door handle wasn’t on right. There was no shower jell in the bottle. It was devastatingly embarrassing that I booked our night there. I can not believe they said our room was ready and it looked like it had been robbed! Paint peeling off the walls it was shocking :( I need a refund.

While it wasn't the cleanest place it definitely met my expectations with the small details such as the flower folded towels and folded t.p. Breakfast was a big bummer. If you say breakfast comes with you're stay then do a better breakfast please people. Wasnt the best but wasn't the worse.

Online it states there a restaurant and bar service. There was not!! And was told no alcohol is allowed on the premise. And that our bags would be inspected for alcohol by the manager. I did not have or bring alcohol but I saw many people that did. Their website needs to be updated to state NO food or bar service! It was very inconvenient!
