Everyone that works at the Tru Hilton was welcoming and friendly and quick to help. There was always coffee and snacks in the lobby. Plenty of places to bring your computer to the lobby and plug in.

Never Again

The front desk worker started banging on my door at 11 pm and tried opening it. When I got to the door and asked “who’s there?” he covered the peephole and just told me he needed some identification verification. Turns out they overbooked and tried giving my room to another customer. Didn’t sleep after this as this whole thing was jarring and confusing.
