It is a 3 bedroom house. -High speed internet -1 king bed, 2 Queen beds and 3 twin beds 4- roll away single beds 10 beds total The kitchen has everything needed to make a sit down meal . Bedrooms have ceiling fan- floor fan -blackout curtains. Outside has -patio furniture -fire pit -BBQ and extra fuel. There is very little road noise considering how close to the stadium. Parking for 4 plus cars. Here are just some of the amenities: State Farm Stadium. Desert Diamond Arena, Westgate entertainment district with tons of Dining, Bars, Theater, concert Venue, Outdoor activities like Pickle ball, splash pad park , cornhole, ice skating (in the winter months) Tons and tons of shops and dining. there is a Movie theater walking distance away! There is Desert Diamond Casino and TOP Golf nearby. This is a great place to bring Friends and Family together! Hot tub available if requested (when daytime temperatures get below 70degrees F. The garage is not available

We had a great stay. The property, generally was clean and well maintained. It is very convenient to the listed amenities. It is a very comfortable space. In a city like Glendale, A/C is so important and the A/C at this property works very well. A couple minor disappointments were: There was not a functioning ice maker or any ice on sight. This is very minor and easily resolved but when it’s over 100 degrees before 8am, ice available would be a wonderful amenity. The barbecue grill appeared to have been used SEVERAL times without cleaning so we opted not to bother. The toilet in the primary bathroom also “ran” water every 5 minutes through the day and night. This wasn’t a big problem as long as the door was shut at night.All in all, we had a great time and would happily stay here again. or recommend it to anyone staying in the Glendale area.

We really enjoyed the hot tub. There were lots of outdoor and indoor activity games. Nice patio and fire pit area.There was no garage parking as described in the highlights of the property.

Best host in the business! Yale is awesome, great communication and went above and beyond to get us in the home a couple hours before check-in time. Thanks again for everything Yale, definitely recommend this property to others, and we'll be booking again very soon!

Super clean property. If you’re staying at this house for game day, it’s perfect for the walk over. Fairly close to the westgate entertainment district if you need to get out and eat. Check out and check in are super easy compared to some properties. Host was really easy to work with. Only downside was the ice/water didn’t work in the fridge. And the keurigs didn’t want to work, so thankfully there was a basic coffee pot to use.

The house was lovely and clean. Plenty of space for more people, even though we were only traveling with two of us. Communication during our stay was a bit delayed, but we had no issues with the house. A great place to stay, and very easy to walk to State Farm Stadium and the Westgate district where there are many shops, restaurants and activities. We would definitely come back!

This house was perfect for our weekend stay to watch the Arizona Cardinals play! Easy walk to and from stadium. Entertainment area is a 4 minute drive which has many options for food and activities. The host was wonderful with communication. House was clean and spacious. Would highly suggest staying at this rental.

Great Location

Enjoyed our stay here location was fantastic property as well. Kept my only complaint might’ve been the lack of cookware in the ice machine does not work. The hot tub was also not working.
