Our stay at this establishment was marred by several issues. Although the location was desirable, the staff's behavior was excessively rude. Furthermore, the room's condition was unsatisfactory, with clear evidence of uncleanliness, including urine on the toilet seat and a cockroach in the bathtub. Photographic documentation supports these claims. We vacated the premises the following day and incurred significant expenses to secure alternative accommodations due to limited availability. I am entitled to reimbursement, but the establishment has yet to refund the charges on my account. Their response to the situation is unacceptable. Moreover, we have filed a police report regarding an incident involving a naked individual in Room 130, who was subsequently arrested. The presence of this individual, especially near our children, was extremely disturbing. We were forced to relocate to another hotel, which, although not ideally located and undergoing renovations, had pleasant staff, but that is a different story. We attended a family wedding in the area and missed several events due to these circumstances. The lost time and expenses can never be recovered. As Californians, this experience was particularly stressful.

Had to leave a few days early for an emergency and they would not refund the rest of my stay. Bed was very uncomfortable and lumpy, remote did not work, floors were dirty

The customer service was lack luster to the least. Not friendly and not helpful. The bedding and the room were not clean, when brought to the attention of the front desk they didnt care. Tried to get a refund and told me no, so i was stuck there for 4 days. Would not recommend.

I recently stayed at WoodSpring Suites Phoenix-Deer Valley and had a great experience. The hotel is quiet and clean, making it a comfortable place to relax. The rooms are well-maintained, and the housekeeping does a great job of keeping everything fresh. One of the best things about this location is its convenience. It’s close to a shopping center, and you can easily walk there, which is super handy if you need groceries, dining options, or other essentials. The area feels safe, and having everything nearby makes the stay even more convenient. Overall, I’d recommend WoodSpring Suites for anyone looking for an affordable, clean, and well-located extended-stay option in Phoenix!

Bed were so uncomfortable, towels had hair on them. Pillows was horrible. Woke up with neck pain. 470. and no breakfast.

My only issue is that there were no dishes at all provided. No paper towels, no Kleenex. I believe their website said there would be one set of eating utensils provided. I hate to complain, so I just made it work. Bed was very comfortable and it was a very clean place. No one available at front desk after waiting 15 minutes to check out. I and two other guests were calling and waiting but no one came. I’m sure at an economy hotel, they can only have a skeletal staff and I understand. So I left my key and the hair dryer I used at the front desk and left. That should be ok. I used to work at Best Western as well as the Hyatt Regency, and a key drop off is all they need for a check out if you didn’t incur incidentals.
