This cosy holiday apartment in Walchen near Piesendorf offers everything you need for a relaxing mountain holiday. The bright living room features a double sofa bed, flat-screen TV and stereo system. The open-plan kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster and fridge-freezer.

The separate bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom includes a shower, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer; an additional toilet is also available.

The highlight is the private 15 m² terrace with magnificent mountain views. The partially fenced shared garden with outdoor furniture, charcoal barbecue, trampoline and table tennis provides plenty of space to relax and play. A parking space is available. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare a meal. You must bring your own basic supplies, such as salt, oil, coffee and tea. The owners are friendly and live in the upstairs house and are easily approachable for questions. The house is located above the village of Walchen. From the spacious private outdoor terrace you have a fantastic view of the valley and the mountains.

De vakantiewoning bevindt zich op de onderste etage van de woning van de verhuurders en is geweldig. Veel privacy, een prachtig uitzicht, ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook is het erg schoon en netjes. De gastheer en -vrouw zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en voor ons was het mogelijk om vroeger in te checken. De omgeving is prachtig met vooral veel mooie natuur waar je goed wandelingen kunt maken.

Wat een geweldig vakantiehuis het uitzicht vanuit het huis (zelfs vanuit je bed) is fantastisch. Overdag genieten van de hoge bergen aan de overkant van het dal en je hebt zicht op het treintje dat ieder uur beneden zijn spoor trekt. 's Nachts geniet je van de heldere sterrenhemel! Het huis is prima ingericht en er is een wasmachine met een droger aanwezig (tegen betaling).De eigenaar is vriendelijk en geeft je alle vrijheid. Vanwege het extreem warme weer waren er ligstoelen en een buitenzwembadje aanwezig. Vanuit het huis zijn er veel uitstapjes te maken. Met de gastenkaart kun je gratis gebruik maken van het mooie zwembad in Piesendorf (zichtbaar vanaf het terras) Om lekker te kunnen eten kun je terecht in restaurant Tannenhof (2 min. met de auto). Wij hebben 3 weken genoten en zullen zeker nog een keer terug gaan naar dit super vakantie adresje!

De accommodatie was prima. Alleen voor mensen met kleine kinderen en ouders is deze minder geschikt. Ivm de binnentrad die geen leuning heeft. En de betonnen buitentrap. De eigenaren waren heel attent en het huis voldeed meer dan onze verwachtingen. Het uitzicht is prachtig. Wij gaan zeker nog een keer terug.

Diese Ferienunterkunft ist Spitze! Sehr sauber, hygienisch, tolle Ausstattung und einer atemberaubend schönen Aussicht. (sogar liegend aus dem Bett!) Toppen tuen dies nur noch die Vermieter, die freundlicher nicht sein könnten. Unkompliziert, super nett und immer für uns da, wenn man Fragen oder Wünsche hat. Ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der die Berge in einer ruhigen Atmosphäre genießen möchte. Danke Christoph und Sonja :-)

De accommodatie was prima; van alle gemakken voorzien, ruime kamers en een onovertroffen uitzicht ! De eigenaar woont in hetzelfde pand, dus de sleuteloverdracht verliep soepeltjes. De eerste keer is het even zoeken om het pand te bereiken; het laatste gedeelte van de route is niet aangegeven. De lokatie is net buiten de drukte van Kaprun en Zell am See, maar je bent er zo.

Es ist eine Super Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist neu, alles ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und warm. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und freundlich! Die Aussicht aus der Wohnung ist nicht zu toppen. Die Skigebiete Kaprun, Zell am See und Saalbach sind einfach mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Wohnung können wir nur weiterempfehlen!!! Viel Spaß und gute Erholung wünschen wir! Familie Pavlov (2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind)

Geweldige locatie, het vinden van de juiste weg was een uitdaging. Op geen enkele navigatie (audi, apple maps, sygic) was de juiste weg te vinden. Appartement erg schoon, geeft een wintersport gevoel, al lag er geen sneeuw ) Eigenaren erg vriendelijk, spreken helaas geen Engels maar met steenkolen-duits is er goed mee te communiceren. WiFi was in het begin een uitdaging (werkte vaker niet dan wel) uiteindelijk met de hulp van de eigenaar kunnen verbinden. Daarna hetzelfde trucje elke dag uithalen. Badkamer is van alle gemakken voorzien en groot. Slaap- en woonkamer hebben een fantastisch uitzicht en het is heerlijk wakker worden met dat uitzicht. De omgeving (Kaprum, Zell am See) heeft alles wat je nodig hebt qua restaurantjes, supermarkten etc. Gebruik van auto is wel noodzakelijk maar het zou op de fiets ook moeten kunnen.

Wij zijn hartelijk ontvangen op kerstavond met een glaasje Oostenrijkse wijn en lekkere zelfgebakken koekjes. We voelden ons meteen thuis! Het appartement waar wij verbleven is heel netjes en verzorgd. We verbleven er met 4 personen. Het is er best gezellig en lekker warm. Het was er heel fijn om de kerstdagen tussen de bergen door te brengen. Onze kinderen sliepen in de woonkamer waar ook een keuken aanwezig was. De slaapbank is wel wat te klein voor 2 personen. Gelukkig hadden we een veldbedje mee. Verder is alles aanwezig, er is zeker genoeg bed en badlinnen! De omgeving is prachtig......als je wakker wordt is het zo mooi om naar de mooie bergen te kijken....iedere dag kregen we andere uitzichten.....beelden om nooit te vergeten. De woning is ook heel goed gelegen om prachtige uitstapjes te doen, zowel in de winter en misschien nog meer in de zomer. Want sommige winterwandelingen waren niet aan te raden door ijs of sneeuw.
